I have never received service like the service from Michelle. She goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service to her customers. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Michelle is professional, kind, attentive, focused, and she listens. She goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need and more importantly what you want. This business is fortunate to employ her. I HIGHLY suggest you purchase your jewelry needs from Michelle at the Hannoush in South Burlington!
I stopped in today and have never had better service in any jewelry store. Rachel was really kind, helping me find just the right beads for a very special occasion. I never felt rushed or pushed at all. Her manager helped us sort out one small snag, and it was wonderful. I'm from out of town but will definitely stop in wherever I'm here.
I was looking to surprise my wife with a custom piece of jewelry with our company logo. After some discussion with Michelle I settled on a bracelet. The process went very smoothly and my wife absolutely loves the bracelet. I am very pleased with the outcome. It’s a one of a kind piece.
