I stopped in to have a tire plugged and was very pleased. They fixed it right away for a fair price and got me on my way within 15 minutes. The service tech made sure it was plugged correctly and then took the time to carefully put the spare and wheel locks back for me.

Little quick stop gas station with install/repair garages. The gas pumps won't take one of my credit cards which I use solely for gas and other gas stations it works no problem. So, I occasionally come here for gasoline but I did stop by 6 years ago to get a tire plugged. I talked to the clerk and he told me to find whom I think was named "Pedro" in the repair bay. Told him I needed to have a tire plugged and I had it in the car with me. He was able to successfully re-plug it and he double checked the tire to make sure there were no other air leaks afterwards. He was very quick and thorough.

Don't go here for an inspection! They told me I needed $3300 in repairs, which I knew was wrong. I went to another service center and the inspection revealed about $100 in repairs. Ridiculous!

I am so satisfied with the service provided at this Repair Shop. I had taken my vehicles elsewhere before, but this place won my business. I brought car that I was selling for MD State Inspection. I knew vehicle needed some repairs, but they were thorough and all was done in a day. They took the time to explain everything needed. The staff is very courteous and respectful. Plus, they offer a 10 %military discount & Warranty on Parts & Labor.

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy Mike that manages the invoices and deals with the customers has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He got upset because I asked which part number was actually being put into my car. The owner was just as bad. The owner does not care how bad his employees customer service is. He doesn’t care if he loses business over it. Instead of listening to my issues, he just kept cutting me off. I will never bring any of my vehicles into this location for gas or car service again. I would rather pay dealership prices than bring my car back this location.

They have worked on all three of our family cars and have done a superb job in everything from repairing tires, solving starter problems and replacing an axle. I have been coming here for all of my car problems since I moved here over 2 years ago. Everyone that works here is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have always been told what problems exist, what future problems may exist, the severity of each problem, and what can wait versus what should be fixed sooner rather than later due to safety reasons. I have always been shown and explained the problem and the solution clearly, which makes me feel more confident in the work being done. Diagnosis and Service is always timely, if you work close they have offered a ride to/from the shop, I have never been overcharged. One time I even went for a small problem and unlike the autozone shops I was trying to fix the issue myself Exxon realized it would be easier for me just to go to Ford as it was an easy fix, but Ford was the only place that actually offered the correct replacement part that fit my car. Wish I had come here first to learn that! I always appreciate the time they take and their honesty. I definitely recommend the team here, they'll take good care of you!

Convenient gas station to the highway, as a tourist I need to patronize stores that make it easy on me as I travel, though convenient the service was not the best, the clerk was not engaging much it was pretty much get your stuff and have a good day, maybe he was more caught up into getting back to the phone call he had on hold. Which customer service is something that can and should be approved upon.

Tried to get my caliper fixed at the auto shop, took them a week to order the part only to realize the part wasn't compatible with my car. Had to wait another whole week for them to order another part only to realize again they forgot when I returned a week later. Poor management, inexperienced workers, and overall a terrible experience. Would rather pay more to get it fixed at a more professional shop after realizing how bad their work ethic is.

I definitely recommend...I don't normally get gas here at all. But I do go here to get my car serviced. All I have to say is that they have saved me hundreds of dollars. Firestone almost charged me 100 dollars for something that was as simple as removing a nail. In wich they did it for FREE because clearly it was not that serious. Fire stone charges 40+ just to check things.. ridiculous also there prices are WAYYYYYY lower than Firestone or any of those other places. They are always willing to work with you. Thank you guys!!
