Hanover-Horton High School is a public secondary school located in Horton, Michigan, U.S.. The school serves about 450 students in grades 9 to 12 in the Hanover-Horton School District.The school's colors are red and white, and the mascot is the "Hanover-Horton Comet".HistoryBefore the merger of Hanover Schools and Horton Schools in 1958, each district was independent and possessed one elementary and one high school per each district. During the heyday of Hanover and Horton, this system was fairly efficient, while also meeting the needs of the students. However, as the populations of Hanover and Horton began to shrink, so did school enrollment.
