They staff are so sweet and welcoming. I always come in with an enthusiastic hello from the staff. I always look forward to seeing everyone and getting my teeth cleaned. I have the best conversations with the dental hygienists and talking about life. Growing up I hated going to the dentist because it was dark and gloomy inside but Hansen dental is the total opposite. The environment is very chill and welcoming.
I had a very painful dental emergency and Dr Hansen and his staff were so kind, fast, sincere and compassionate about getting me taken care of right away and gave me the right direction of solving my dental issue which was taken care of that day. I fully trust Hansen Family Dental for all our dental needs and so do my children and grandchildren!! They seriously make us feel like Family because they care! Highly recommend for their outstanding and exceptional service!
LOVE Hansen Family Dental. Our family has been going here for years and always have the best experience. They have excellent customer service. We are always greeted by name as soon as we walk in and scheduling appointments is so easy. Dr. Hansen is so friendly and kind, he always takes the time to ask about how we're doing and what we've been up to.
Hansen family dental has been the best dentist office I have ever been to. I had the privilege of going to Dr.Hansen for years while I lived in the Tri-Cities. He always did an excellent job and his focus at every visit was making me comfortable and providing the best dental service. Having since moved out of state, every dentist I have gone to since has commented on how excellent of a job my previous dentist Dr.Hansen had done. I get comments such as “who ever did your previous fillings did a phenomenal job, they look excellent.” And “your previous dentist knew exactly what he was doing. Most people aren’t as lucky to find such a good dentist.” If you are looking for the best dentist in town, Dr.Hansen is your guy. His work proves itself, and I am happy to have been able to have him as my dentist.
Best dentist I have ever been too. I'm very comfortable and relaxed while he is working on my teeth. The staff is wonderful. They are kind and explain things to me.
I saw Dr. Hansen for the first time this week. I had an issue with a tooth. I fully expected to have a root canal and crown. To my delight, he said it was not as bad as I thought and I just needed a filling. The entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly, kind and courteous. Dr Hansen, who is also wonderful, explained everything and answered questions I had about other concerns. I had to return the following day for the filling and a couple other quick things. Everything was taken care of professionally and quickly. There was no long wait in the waiting room. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff!
The staff was friendly and professional, and everyone was easy to speak with including Dr.Hansen. I really appreciated the time he took and the observations made. From my visit, I took that this dentist really cares about how his patients feel about their smile, and he is there to help. I'm impressed by this office, all around!
I scheduled my appointment based on the reviews, and I'm sooo glad I did! Excellent customer service from the second you walked into their office, I worked in customer and I was impressed by the way I was treated! I was treated with great professionalism, treated with respect, felt comfortable at all times, and best of all, I was informed of my condition with empathy and explained to me all of my options available. From the receptionist, hygienist, Dr, everyone makes you feel welcome and they make sure your dental experience is the Best!
I absolutely enjoyed my visit with Hansen Dental! I’ve never had such a thorough experience, Dr Hansen explained everything with expertise. The staff is super nice and takes great care of you! 10/10 recommend this dental office!
I personally love Hansen Family Dental. They have the best staff and the doctors are amazing with littles. My two year old was not scared at all. We always have a great experience there. Highly recommend Hansen for the entire family!
