The owner of Hansen's Appliance Service, Fred Hansen, learned the trade of appliance repair by the ripe age of 5 years old along with his 5 brothers by his father who also owned an Appliance store. Hansen's began as just a big dream for a young man and his little family. Through a lot of faith and hard work that young man and his young wife started doing Service Hansen's appliance on their own with very little. Nash the salesperson is awesome!   He spent plenty of time with us on the phone to pick out and order a new washer dryer set to be delivered tomorrow!  I’ll add to the review once we get our product installed and working.   So far so good!

I bought a use washer, and they gave me, 3yrs of warranty. I had the washer for 1yr and half. And they didn't want to commadate with me. The boss name Fred, was nasty and very unperfectional and doesn't treat the customer right on the phone. I had to give him a peace of my mind.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! I purchased a washer WITH a 3 year warranty paid about $400. The washer was having some issues and I an additional 129$ for them to come out and tell Me that I need to purchase a new washer! This issue was normal wear and tear!!I only had my washer for over a year!!!  This place not only was RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL BUT ALSO RACIST!!!!! The OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!

Purchased a used stove.  They sent a broken stove.  I have called 5 times in the last month since the stove was delivered and no one has contacted me back.  I have ordered several used appliances from this company over the last few years, the previous experiences has always been great.  Not sure what happened that has caused their customer service to drop off a cliff.

We had Hansen's come out to repair our Samsung dishwasher. They came out and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and said it was the water leak sensor and ordered the part. Next day called us and said it was on backorder. Here we are 2 years later and no part. We paid the 250 up front charge to diagnose and return and fix. Since we were in need of a dishwasher we requested a half refund which they refused. So they charged us 1000 dollars an hour to diagnose issue. They did offer us a 75 dollar store credit, but we would have paid way too much through them as their price was 150 more than another appliance store. I highly recommend you avoid this scam company. I understand the part being on backorder is not their fault, but seriously wouln't refund us half our money. Definitely not a reputable company.

They charged $532.86 for a washer delivered. Confirmed delivery time day before. Then no show or answer the phone. Went to store to determine reason for no delivery. Washer was broken. They charged me for a broken washer that was not delivered. Don't pay them until product has been delivered in working order.

Stopped into one of Hansen’s  used appliance stores, They had a scratch and dent stainless stove that didn’t have any noticeable damage . Exactly what I was looking for . They saved me $150 off what it cost online  . Trust me I googled the model. They helped me load it right in my car and sent me to another location for a new 220 electric chord because they were out of that style. I got to the other location expecting to pay $25 for the chord. The guys had already called over and told them to just give it for free. I was blown away and very happy to Leave this review . I installed the stove and it works great. No damage at all!!

I have dealt with this company for years. I bought matching set washer dryer 3 months ago. Dryer went out twice and now they can't fix. Instead they want to inconvenience me by looking at another comparable to the one I got. Since I can't go choose they are going to give me a totally different make,  because to give me a nother one like I had would be too much money. My choice to not pick out one. But I don't have a car and disabled. I am so angry. I love my washer but now have to settle for something I know I won't like even with a warranty I paid for. Really stinks

Alway been good to me.  They also have the best new appliance prices in Pinellas county depending on the current market.

Fastest, most honest, knowledgeable, people to order from and to be given fair prices and real concern for customers. No more big Home Depot or Lowes for me.
