I love visiting your truck. My food has always been very very good. I visited today and ordered steak and shrimp. Almost every piece of steak was mostly fat so therefore not edible. I know things are expensive right now but try not to get sloppy with your food quality. That's what keeps people coming back. $15 is not a fair price for steak that is 90% fat. I had 2 edible pieces of steak.
The food is delicious and the service was great! We got the chicken hibachi and shrimp hibachi and crabmeat rangoons and all were great. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie option. Parking: We went to the food truck at Petsmart so there was plenty of parking.
A new improved chef since Jan 23' that serves up savory fresh food with friendly service! A great bite! Love the HANDMADE crab ragoons! Try funnel cake fries for dessert!Food: 5/5
Got food here for the first time today. After hearing how great it is I was disappointed. I ordered the Sumo and the steak was way over cooked and the chicken was dry. Everything else was good and I really liked the sauce. Maybe it was because it was Saturday in pet smart lot and it’s not a constant flow of people so the food is sitting longer but they need to plan that better. I will try it again because everyone has a bad day.
The food is good but not worth the money. You can see from the website and what the prices are on the truck that everything has gone up in price. I understand their is a lot of reasons for that. But they give very small portions for that price. I ordered the Sumo came with 3 shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 pieces of steak. If you got more meat I think I would be able to justify the $15 but as of right now I think it’s over priced.
We stopped at the food truck in pet smarts parking lot. We got steak and shrimp. It was good as always. Love this place!!!
So, they came to Dyersville to Fuse. I had 3 orders of dumplings and instead of giving us 3 separate orders, they combined all 3 into one container. They then doused them in soy sauce, which made them almost inedible. And this wasnt any special sauce or anything, just straight up soy sauce, all over the dumplings, and since its a dumpling, it absorbed it, and made i SUPER salty. The inside of the dumplings was flavorless and lacked any imagination. My girlfriend had the shrimp and rice and she enjoyed the rice but the shrimp was really spicy. The "special sauce" is weird as it is super sweet and has the consistency of some kinda iced frosting. It didnt seem to fit with anything. Only reason im giving a 2 star is because she liked the rice. I do not recommend this food truck and i cant understand why everybody in Dubuque raves about them. Better of with frozen food then to expect something good/fresh/or unique from this place.
This food truck was parked at petsmart in dbq. They have a decent selection of food to choose from and the food is priced well for the portions they give you. I got the delicious chicken and shrimp meal and it comes with fried rice and veggies. I also got funnel cake fries which were incredible. The food is rich and filling so i was full all day after eating it! I definitely will be eating here again.
Chicken didnt taste like restaurant food or hibachi. It tasted like i made it at home. Its been since begining of covid since i last had this service. It used to taste so good. Now the veggies are skimp, no onions anymore, too much zucchini, and chicken is gross, and even the rice sauce has changed. Not coming back.
I am so over them. I ordered a Sumo with double veggies no rice and I get home and it's double rice no veggies. I was super frustrated. Then the chicken was overcooked and very tough. The food also had very little flavor to it. I am done with them.
