The staff and grounds keepers are amazing. The gym and laundry facilities were always clean and working which is hard to find. They make you feel extremely welcome when you go into the office. The sweet young ladies at the office actually take time to remember each person and strike up a meaningful conversation. Nothing but bright smiles all over that property. 10/10 would recommend everyone to live here!! I’ll truly miss it!!
The owners and staff are amazing. They truly make you feel like family. Happy Acres is a place where you can literally be at peace of mind when you arrive. The gym on site is amazing, the dog park is top notch, and laundry services are impressive. The owners and staff took care of me during a tough personal time with compassion and understanding. Far above and beyond any other location I have lived. The bond they build far surpasses the owner tenant relationship. They are constantly improving the park with the good is not good enough attitude, something else can always be done to make it better. I highly recommend and thank the owners and staff for their hospitable attitude and friendly environment they create.
This RV and mobile home park really is nice, clean, safe, well laid-out place. The staff are all amazing folks who are friendly and helpful. There's a nice little store of handy things in the main office, & the amenities of a park-owned laundromat & gym facility are great. We were met by the kindest staff, smiling and making us feel like family from the minute we got there! Our rv spot was very spacious- it even included our own trash can! Such a nice, fun place to stay! Safety: We felt very safe in this community!
I loveed living here! This has been by far the best place that I have lived in this town! The staff were awesome and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Honestly, it makes me wonder if the other comments are just bots or people that are never pleased, but my experience was completely opposite from them and truly recommend it here! We had our travel trailer here for almost 2 years and never had any issues with them. It sucks that we're having to leave but if we're ever back in town, I know exactly where I'll be coming back to!

I absolutely loved my week long stay at Happy Acres. It is a calm peaceful area, did not have to worry about noise. People were very friendly, and all the other campers/tenants were friendly. The camping spot I was given' was large compared to other RV camp sites I have stayed at for the same value, and very well kept up. There were cats, but they mostly kept to themselves and did not come around. A wonderful place that I will be very happy to come back to any time I am in the area and they have room. Ft. Stewart, work or visiting friends in Hinesville Noteworthy details: It is continently located, within' minuets of the Base and the downtown attractions. Very Homestyle, so you would not have anything to fear with children, or out walking. Can't say much about the Rooms, as I was there in my RV.
I have lived here for a year now and my family and I love it. Very quiet neighborhood, cute fenced in yard, laundromat, gym, and dog park inside the park. They offer long term mobile home rentals, weekly furnished Air BNBs, as well as RV sites. They even have storage units available. Just an all around great place, whether it be short or long term.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. We have a very large trailer and he came after hours to assist us in backing it in and getting situated. The park seemed clean and the other guests/tenants were friendly.Service: 5/5
