The Chinese owners who use to own the strip are no longer the owners they sold it to some African females and every since the strip was sold the laundromat has been down bad! I had to go up the road on Kedize because the coin machine was out of service, In the middle of the day do you know how inconveniencing that was. Not to mention I was there last month and the same machines are still broken. They don’t fix anything it’s horrible and today was my last day washing with them, I will now go  up the road to wash, where I had to get change. I hate giving bad reviews but really! Also a whole bunch of dryers been broke since last month also and now the coin machine, BE FOR REAL!!- CHICAGO LOCATION

Do not! Do not!  Go to this ripoff of a laundromat,  8.50 for 1 wash on a regular size machine  and oh there's not 1 sing saying u must load your clothes before you pay or it'll lock the door on you and you just lost 850 on a wash and nobody in the establishment to help u, there's a number to call.... absolute joke don't waste your time in this extremely overpriced place.

I came here to wash the long runner we used for our wedding. The laundromat is sparkling clean and I was impressed that all of the machines seemed brand new! There are many different sized machines so you can pay for extra room if you need it. About halfway through the clean, Tony the owner stopped in. He was friendly with every person in the building, and offered to help me personally with my load! I also saw him interacting with a couple people that might have been employees and they all seemed to have an excellent rapport. I was very impressed with the quality, value, and service of my visit - very different than what I expected the laundromat to be based on previous ones I have visited.

First time using them and I think it's great. When I came in on a Saturday afternoon it was pretty much empty. The employees aren't around much but they are super friendly. Other customers I've met there are friendly as well. I brought my own detergent/dryer sheets but they do have a vending machine for that. Each machine accepts both coins and cards. Multiple sizes available. I'd go here again.

Great Service as Always; The Owner and Family Owns the whole strip, very clean, nice and great service. Total Recommend, get some DQ on the other side or some Dunkin while you do your clothes.

Seems like a great place to wash without a doubt. But there are somethings you should know before washing here solely off of good reviews. The facility is approximately 50 ft. in length give or take, and about 20 ft. wide give or take. I dont see an attendant. If he or she is here, there is no way of knowing because they have not identified themselves through name tag, nor any uniform, nor by greeting guest, nor by standing around checking to see if people need help. It's my first time here and I needed change for a 20 and the machine took more of my quarters than I needed to pay. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't come back, but it's mostly because of the size and the lack of attendant.

Clothes smelled like mildew after using this place. The blanket was ruined. Bad water is being used here or dirty machines. Yuck! The clothes went into the dryer 30 seconds after wash completed.

Convenient and accessible but often extremely crowded with limited space. I highly recommend going later in the evening. Also, with an average price of $7.50-8.50 per load, not the cheapest coin-op laundromat for sure.

Very nice laundromat. Its clean, well kept, all of the machines work. I think the best part is that I see the owner around pretty consistently. They care about the business and the customer.
