I have been here 5 months, and have had nothing but a good experience, from the peacefulness to the attentive support from management. Great place to stay. I’ll definitely come back.

Such a welcoming environment and lovely area. Joy appreciates us and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs and stay. Very close to Lake Perry. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome.

Very professional and site was clean! The owner was always very attentive and accommodating! Would 100% stay there again if I’m in the area.

I’m so impressed with how much they care about their guests! We had issues getting our fifth wheel in a spot due to overhanging limbs from the trees. They showed up five minutes later and cut them down, got her utilities going, and even let us borrow a flashlight till we got the trailer level. It’s peaceful and quiet and everybody is super kind. Only downside, is it’s super muddy. Bring something to wipe your before getting in your car or rv.

This place is a great place for one night or monthly. Joy really cares about the customers. If you have a big RV, it dose get a little tight with some of the campsites. A lot of trees and very peaceful.

I absolutely LOVED this place. I live in my RV full time and stayed here five months. The owner is amazing - she is so great to work with and cares very much about upkeep and future improvements to the park. The grounds are in the midst of improvements now, so it may look to some like it’s not being kept up… but it is! If I ever can, I will definitely go back to Happy Joy Acres to stay before anywhere else.

Wonderful and quiet campground nestled in trees just off Ferguson Rd. Backs public hiking land and 1/2 mile to Slough Creek Boat ramp.

Hands down the best RV Campground and convinence store in the Perry Lake area. Amazing staff knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to help anyone at anytime will always be coming back here any time I'm in the area!!! 11 out of 10!
