Happy Leaf was created when a health nut met a beer nerd through a mutual love of fermentation. We began producing small batches of kombucha at home and fell in love with the versatility of flavors we were able to create in our own kitchen. We produced our first batches commercially in 2013 and began pouring at local farmers markets. Our kombucha flavors are bold and complex yet very approachable. We are constantly experimenting with new seasonal flavor combinations. We invite you to experience the joy, fun and happiness of our kombucha!
