Happy nails were so kind and professional.  There was a misunderstanding about the amount if people in the reservation and they were so accommodating.  The pedicure was very nice, done well, and fast we were in a rush.  They were so efficient and delt with difficult customers well.  So happy with my color that the tech helped me pick out.

The salon is clean and nice but their quality of work is very rushed every time I have gone. I always try to give them another chance since its so close to where I live but after the 5th mani/pedi I will not be returning. I was very disappointed by this $90 gel mani/pedi especially since I was in pain for most of it, they use very harsh chemicals that burned my skin and they filed my nails very roughly even though I said that it wad hurting me. I just got my nails done yesterday and I need to get them re-done because they are laughable.

Happy nails is great. I’ve gone in multiple times and had many different technicians. If you don’t speak up, you won’t get what you want. They’re very accommodating. I always recommend making an appointment, because they’re always busy. My nails have always lasted at least a month with dip or acrylic.

I got an acrylic fill and pedi. I felt as though they rushed and not at all taking pride in their work. The fill wasn’t very good there’s still a gap. The shape of my nails , is meh and I don’t think she took her time. I asked for the same color on my toes as well she didn’t even make sure they matched. The polish job also isn’t good. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years, and since the very beginning my experience has been AMAZING, everyone is extremely friendly and does an amazing job! I honestly always go out of my way to only visit this location. Perfection!

Inconsistent service. I’ve been here and had good service and good pedicures but this time was subpar. I called ahead and asked if I could come in for a pedicure in 5 minutes and they said yes to walk on in. I arrived and ended up waiting 10 minutes to sit down. They were obviously pretty full.  And then this is the $55 pedicure I got. Laughable. 4 hours later it was still tacky.

This place is awful. It’s the typical nail salon that people joke about having your technician blatantly making fun of you and saying horrible things about you while doing your nails very tacky and rude people here. I just wanted a simple manicure so that my nails could breath a bit and they treated me like I was a second class citizen beneath them and little do they know I could understand a lot of what they were saying. The actually lady at the front desk was so dismissive and talked over me anytime I asked a question. Don’t assume people cannot speak your language because they don’t look like you. And making fun of customers with your co workers right in there face is unacceptable. Even if I couldn’t understand them, which fortunately I could, the tone and facial expressions told it all.  This manicure was from two days ago and it already looks hideous it’s chipped and it was lumpy when I left bc I couldn’t be bother with the gas lighting. You know who you are and you know you did a terrible job at a basic manicure but enjoy your 25 percent tip. It’s not worth spending your money here to be disrespected and still get poor quality service. I literally had holes and lumps in my polish and she was frustrated with me for asking her to fix it when we were both looking blatantly at the hole in my nail polish and she had the nerve to ask me if it’s ok. Just because I’m only getting a basic manicure does not mean I don’t deserve to get good service. IF YOU HAVE SELF RESPECT DO NOT GO HEREService:&nbsp;Manicure

I absolutely loved my experience at Happy Nails. I’ve been in LA for two years now and have been to at least ten places looking for a good mani/pedi. Usually I have to monitor the work that’s being done, point out uneven shapes, uneven paint jobs, etc. I didn’t have to say anything this time except to pick my color and have small talk. I did the works package and it was very worth it. Good gel selection too with matching polish. Found my new spot!! Super clean and safe too.

Always such an enjoyable experience at Happy Nails. They always deliver exactly what I ask for!
