We are so thankful to have found Happy Puppy! Pongo LOVES his days spent with other pups and their staff. We appreciate their flexible hours and kindness. Kevin has been so helpful from day one. We always feel content knowing that Pongo is in the best of hands. Highly recommend- thank you, Happy Puppy!
The Happy Puppy team is excellent. They really care for the dogs. My pup is always excited when we pull up to the door. They are my go to for boarding, even after I moved from Naperville into downtown Chicago. They are very reasonably priced, especially considering that the boarded dogs get to play with the dogs in daycare for most of the day.
I want to give a shout out to Happy Puppy Doggy Daycare in Naperville! Kevin, Tim and Shalom are absolutely awesome. We are moving in a couple of weeks and Happy Puppy Doggy Daycare and Cage-Free Boarding - Naperville will be tough to replace. Sunny has been so happy there. Thank you Happy Puppy . You gave us piece of mind that Sunny was so well loved and cared for. We will miss all of you.
My puppy goes to Happy Puppy regularly for daycare and it is the highlight of her week! She starts wagging her tail and barking when we pull up. They treat her so well and knows her personality. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team, especially Rory!
LOVE HAPPY PUPPY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Owner, Kevin, and staff are just wonderful and amazing people! Our fur baby, Perla, loves it here, and gets so excited to see her "friends" for daycare. Boarding care is excellent as well. We have had great experiences with Rory, one of the staff members, treats our pup like her own, even uses the prompts we do when trying to correct a behavior, and is always friendly and pleasant when she greets us! I get reports from the staff on things we are paying attention to, whether behavior or eating habits, can't say enough good things! Such a friendly and happy environment for our dog!
Happy Puppy is truly the best. The staff and owner are extremely welcoming and accommodating when last minute scheduling changes arise. We brought our puppy when he was 4 months old and he’s been going 3x a week ever since! If she say “school” or “happy puppy”, he gets so excited…a true testament to the care he receives! Cannot recommend Happy Puppy enough!
So grateful I found Happy Puppy! Kevin and his staff really care about dogs as a whole, especially those in his care. Great place to bring your dog to play and socialize.
I haven't had a chance to use their services. After reading such great reviews online I decided to take my baby there for a boarding experience over the weekend. Unfortunately they ONLY board pets that attend their weekly daycare. I feel as though I was misled by the services offered if my baby has to be a regular in order to stay the weekend. I was coming from out of town, and thought Happy Puppy would be a great experience for him, i guess not. I'll make sure to NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO TRAVEL WITH THEIR PETS!!! Maybe you all happy puppy should rethink your policy.
I have been using Happy Puppy for daycare and boarding for my husky Keeva for about 7 years now, and it had been the best decision I have ever made as a pet owner! Kevin and the staff there are nothing short of amazing and are always willing to try and accomodate any needs of their clients and their dogs. I have a hard time leaving Keeva behind when I need to travel and I wouldn't trust most people to watch her, so it is a huge relief having Happy Puppy because I know she is being loved and well cared for when I'm gone! The daycare sessions are great too to keep her social and help her burn energy since I don't have a yard. Keeva has been attacked by aggressive dogs at a dog park before, so I love having a safe place she can go that has temperment checks for new clients so I know all of the dogs are friendly. Overall, a fantastic daycare/boarding facility, I don't know what I'd do without them!
Simply amazing!! I can't think of a better place for my puppy to be while I am at work. From the very first day I knew he was in amazing hands with genuine people that love dogs. My puppy can't get through the door fast enough to go play with this friends he is just so excited. If you are looking for an affordable and trustworthy doggy daycare look no further. Can't recommend Happy Puppy Inc enough!
