Happy's Equipment was formed in April 2013 by Johnnie O'Leary who previously served as the service manager at Happy's of Madisonville. Johnnie started with Happy's in April 2002. He served as a service technician for two years and then was promoted into the Service Manager position in 2004. During this time he has serviced office equipment for businesses, churches and other organization in the community and surrounding area. He, along with another service technician, Jerry Osborne (who has been with Happy's since 2010), have had the opportunity to maintain the service department at Happy's of Madisonville for the past eleven years. In the year 2011, Johnnie had a vision to purchase the service and sales division of Happy's. This vision has allowed him to start selling equipment in addition to servicing equipment. Johnnie feels that his vision of incorporating sales and service into one business will allow Happy's Equipment to more effectively communicate with his customers and offer a higher level of service. This gives the customers of Happy's Equipment the need of only one point of contact for sales and/or service on their office equipment.
