Happy's Place

Stopped in here for the first time this week. It's obviously a favorite for locals and was busy even on a Tuesday night. We decided on pizza even though we had gone for burgers. Pizza was loaded with toppings, had great crust and sauce. From my experience I'd say top 3 pizzas in Dubuque. Super friendly and fun staff. It's nothing fancy inside but looks like it has some history. We be back soon to try more of a dinner or fish fry. Great place!

Rented their banquet hall for a benefit I was running. The owner was quick to give me answers while I was preparing for the event and the staff was beyond helpful and handled the crowd the day of the event very well. I would HIGHLY recommend Happy's to anyone.

Sadly, there for a celebration of life. Bartenders were quick, food was good & a nice atmosphere.

Good food and they were able to handle about a dozen of us seated at one table.

Was at group function. The apatizers were good. The main dish the çhicken was dry, the beef was fatty, and the potato tasted like instant.

Great service, friendly staff. Awsome prices for meals. Blt, pizza was the bomb. Just as good as happy Joe's and alot cheaper. I'll definitely get pizza there again. My daughter had burger and fries and she raved about how good the burger and crispy the fries were.

My family and I always have a great time here the food and the ice cream and all the fun activities makes Happy's one of our Favorite places to eat
