I am disappointed. We were without power in our home. I spoke with David, who was exceedingly kind and spoke professionally, but he never came out to do the job. I called many times, often not getting a response, never getting a return call. When I did catch him, he was apologetic but kept putting us off. As a result, my family and I spent over a week homeless, literally sleeping on the floor of our church. We ended up hiring another company who responded quickly and repaired the problem inexpensively. David seems like a nice person, but ultimately he just didn’t want to take the job, I suppose. I wish he had been straight with us, so my family would have not wasted several days and nights without a home when we could have just hired someone who cared, or at least wanted to do the work.
David came out on March 9, 2018 to give a quote to put up some lights over deck. We agreed on price and when I asked when he could do it, he said he would be out the first part of the following week. It is now a week past that and I have not seen or heard from him. Ended up making other arrangements and got job done.
