Ugh. Ever since Harbor Health took over scheduling this has been a dumpster fire. Most recently, I had two appointments scheduled for my children in the same day, sealants for daughter and an emergency extraction for son. I called two times and confirmed my sons appointment and cancelled daughter appt. Got confirmation of sons extraction appointment 3 times. Drove all the way there... and they had cancelled it. Were inconsiderate the entire process and said we could come back late in the day or the followingWEEK. For an emergency appointment??? Ugh. Hate hate hate the new management. Dentists and hygienists seem fine.
