I love this place, has everything you need for projects, tools and home. Great quality at a even better price. Employees are always happy to help you and the place is nice and organized.
Had to come in recently to grab a bunch of things for the job site after a little emergency when the apprentice crashed the tool truck. Was in a big rush and an employee named Criss was really patient with me and extremely professional. Knew where everything was and had it in my hands in an instant. Great work ethic on her part. 10/10
Went there with my boss. Prices for tools are pretty reasonable. They have great tools that are made durable to take a beating
This is like a toy store for My husband. I can take him in -he can fill the cart and not even break the bank. It is a wonderful store. Sweet staff too.
Clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The product has improved from years past. The pricing is reasonable but if you can wait on a high ticket item to go on sale it would be worth the wait. Give them your email and mailing address to receive coupons and sale info. The rest room are single person occupancy and was fair for cleanliness room for improvement and in need of a deodorizer Not easy to see from the main road. Plenty of parking. Small new shopping carts are helpful.
I had occasion to buy a new electric impact wrench and related impact sockets the other day. My search for the same, brought me to the Merritt Island location of Harbour Freight. As I entered, I was greeted in a congenial manner. While looking around, I would, from time to time, meet staff and ask them the location of items. Every person asked, stopped their current task and accompanied me to the item that I asked about. If I had questions, they answered them. One didn't know the answer and sought out guidance, returning with the answer. I found the supplies that I needed and headed to the register area, where I met Karen, the Store Manager. We talked, she observed my items in hand, and she volunteered her knowledge guiding me to helpful items that would improve my work planned, while explaining why and how I could benefit. Karen and her staff were exceedingly helpful, exhibiting service, kindness and a willingness to serve that was far beyond what I have experienced for a long time. To Karen and her staff, thank you for your kindness and for being here, you made a wonderful difference in my day and I will not forget your store nor staff. Respectfully Tim
I purchased a Cart on wheels for mans bday. I have been waiting for the price to drop for several years Well, tada!! I finally got one and they had a red one in stocks. He loved it! This store is so affordable and has all I need to so my daily grind work. I highly suggest you check it out!
Clean, well lit & organized store. This store also seems bigger than the ones I'm used too so it doesn't seem as crowded.
I bought a generator that the lady in store dropped in front of me and she said it would be alright and that the boxes where strong she wouldn't let me help get it out of the store and I have nothing but problem with the 6500 watt predator generator I live off of this generator and am everyday having to play and fix on it and they wouldn't let me return in the time frame they give because they didn't have another in that store at the time and now it's way to late to return it but overall I love this store
these use to be cool places to find good deals and what nots but they went to commercial and now they are all hoútey toútey
