Excellent store tons of product TONE if they don't have it you may wanna go ahead and patent it lol but in all seriousness couldn't wish for a better hardware store always leave with more than I intended to buy haha
Cheap Chinese tools that might last many years or not ever work at all. That's what makes shopping here fun. It's like gambling. The bench vice pictured broke after about a month but only because it was rarely used. Test things well and don't wait a month or more to use them or you'll get stuck with broken useless tools that you can't return. If you go during peak hours you'll have to wait a while to check out. Also be prepared to share your phone number and name with the other 5 people in line because that's the first thing they ask. They'll try to sell you an extended warranty on almost every item you buy which gets old. The staff are clearly on a commission for this because they push it hard. I used to go here to use a 20 percent off coupon I would get about once a month but they changed those coupons to exclude pretty much everything in the store so the coupons are useless but it's all in the fine print. People there are generally nice and helpful when processing your returns.
Nice store with helpful staff. Clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking right out front. If you want tools, generators, pumps, batteries, led emergency lights, tarps, for sale signs, tape, or hardware, anything, this is a great place with great prices to shop! Right off I-64 at the Cross Lanes exit. Lots of food and gas stations in the area, too, if you get hungry or need to gas up.
Love the store. Biggest problem is it takes a ridiculously long time to get checked out. Usually only one cashier and pushing every customer to sign up for coupons or update emails uses up way too much time. Just let the people pay and go and stop farming every customer for data.
I have bought harbor freight tools for years. However the prices on most tools are equivalent to other places, no longer the lowest price on everything as they were. With the fact that I have to drive 45 minutes to get here I probably won't buy as much. The staff here is friendly but unfortunately they are understaffed most of the time.
Not that good. Can't find anything there we went to see if they had gins and price them but when I went to buy they said I had to have a email address and I didnt

They have an amazing selection and of tool and other equipment with really good prices. Shop there often and will continue to go back.
Have never had a problem wit any item from here. Great deals. Jane really went above and beyond at the register. Great customer service.helped me find more deals. Will definitely be back soin soon
