The quality and variety of tools is getting much much better. Get paid pretty good tools now at a decent price. Remember many years back when I went to one of these places when they first came out. Cougar of a cheap quality I used to call knuckle breakers. Not anymore worth shopping there.

Been coming here for years. Most mechanics I know happily shop here, so if it's good for them, it's good for me. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.

Staff is nice enough but can not return all products if defective within a week even. They force you to call a phone number and they send you a replacement...I just want my money back..this shouldn't be this hard; no other store can get away with type of policy

Great little store here in Lomita, I was there when it opened at 8:00 a.m. the two girls working the front counter were very helpful with pointing out which rows had the things I needed.  I was literally in and out in 15 minutes.

Harbor Freight Tools can be a treasure trove for those well-versed in tools, offering a wide selection. However, seeking advice or recommendations might prove disappointing, as the staff often lacks expertise. It's apparent they've hired individuals with limited tool knowledge, leaving customers to navigate the shelves independently.

There tools and mostly everything have real good prices. And they give free stuff for free.

I usually go to the reputable tool shop down the street, decided to try Harbor Freight 2 blocks closer, BIG MISTAKE. Some dumb young worker told me to look for an item in an aisle that doesnt even exist. The other middle aged dumb one sat there on her computer while i was trying to see if any tools are there.  You incompetent lazy good for nothings acted like i was inconvenciencing you by looking for a simple masterlock so, i went two blocks down the street to A ce and was in and out within 3 minutes.  I work in maintenence and thanks to your garbage customer service, your store just lost a lifetime customer who lives 4 min from your location.

Always find what I need, great staff, and the BEST prices of all the hardware stores!!

Air conditioning, well organized, lighted, and wide aisles.  Nice, helpful people work here.
