Jessica could be a store manager. Delightfully pleasant. Extremely knowledgeable of the store and the items in store. She always delivers A1 customer service. Harbor freight has great tools at great prices, and a great employee in Jessica also.
I love this location! It may be a bit small to some but that's how I like stores. I was able to find everything I needed easily and pick up a few other items also on sale. Great prices. It is a clean and well-organized store too. The customer service was great! A young man helped me out when looking for an axe without me even having to ask. He was very personable. Definitely my new spot to shop! Keep up the good service.
Staff were extremely helpful in servicing my needs. I believe they went above and beyond what you would see at other hardware stores. Never had a bad experience at the Harbor Freight in Gurnee. Thanks to all that helped me again today.
Customer for years, will not be one anymore. Associate denied a return to be used for an in store purchase of a new item with proof of purchase, called the corporate office, was assured I would receive a call from the store manager to resolve the issue and I never received a call. I will never be shopping at the Waukegan IL location again.
They don't give the free flashlights or the batteries anymore and there prices have increased. Overall , the service is always great and always will to help. Kudos to the great staff but we sure miss those little freebies
good location. inventory level was good, shelves were full. nice employees. parking is somewhat limited but not terrible, and getting in and out is so much better since the road construction was finished.
The people that work there are great and they're always very helpful.
Every tool you can think about they have at a great price. You don't have to be a member to save money but it helps in the long run. Great customer service and a 90 day return policy.
The prices are seem to go up for most of the products and most of the big specials applies only for the membership. In some occasions I rather buy other big brands like craftsman, dewalt, nakita or milwaukee. Homedepot had some very agressive pricing for Memorial day and no membership need it. Consider eliminating the membership that perhaps is probably loosing sales. Private Information is very important for customers.
Love this place! Craftsman roller cabinet at Menards 10,000 cu. in. $439. USGeneral at HF 14,000 cu. In. $439. No brainer.
