You can go in for just a screwdriver... I bet you don't leave with just that! You will realize you saved enough to get a new Sawzall blade, etc. Always great deals, and they try to find quality tools for a fair price.
Purchased a 3 ton Daytona jack and it broke after 3 months and I only used it twice. Oil started leaking from it and it would not let me lower it. I went to the store and a supervisor told me that I would need to buy a warranty for $42 and they would replace it for me. I should have listened to my friends when they told me not to buy products from Harbor Freight.
I was hoping to find the name of one the wonderful associates who helped me on the receipt but no luck. The two ladies here were super helpful when it came time to finding an item on my list I couldn't find. She said she'd go check the back and usually that means "I'm going to pretend like I'm looking but just not come back" however she not only tracked me down to give me the good news about finding the item I needed, she also brought more for the next customers to be able to find it in stock on the shelf. I was impressed that she took pride in her store and having it ready for the next customer. Then at checkout, the ladies were very patient as I had to pull up each coupon to get the pricing correct. I hate that as an ITC member I get coupons and have to show each one but this time I didn't feel bad about going through the process because of the friendly cashier and her willingness to help. She even grabbed me a bucket lid when I realized I had forgotten one. Very great experience at this Harbor Freight!
Nice selection always a nice place to stop and get tools
If you like to buy tools and you like to save some money should go to harbor freight. I just bought a nice upright air compressor.
Always such kind and helpful customer service. Never had a bad experience. Amazing deals and sales daily especially being an "Inside Track Club" Member. 1 year membership is $30 or 2 year is $45 and that itself is a great price but regardless of which membership you choose, you'll save that membership cost in your first or second visit. With the membership you also receive 2 wallet size membership cards and 2 keychain membership cards so you can share your membership and benefits with a Second person. I've also never even needed my card once in 2 years and over 20 visitsOften people forget there wallets or left it in the car and with digital payments ~with the tap of a phone or card~ on the uprisejust providing your phone number associated with your membership at check is always very convenient, simple, fast, & efficient. Great products at great prices and most items are covered if faulty in anyway or even broken or damaged by customer. Probably the best consistent deals I've ever seen & 110% the best customer service 110% of the time- No questions. Honestly, consistently the best store/business I've ever encountered in my whole life.
Harbor freight. You know what to expect. Staff is good at this location.
Overall...good store! Most workers are fairly friendly, and most of the tools sold at Harbor Freight are decent quality! Obviously, you get what you pay for! If you're expecting top of the line tools...go elsewhere!! Then again, you're not paying for top of the line tools! If you want good tools for excellent prices...shop at Harbor Freight!!
Customer oriented staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and will stop what they are doing to help you. They will even offer to assist loading an item into your vehicle if it's heavy and/or bulky.
