Ken greeted us at the door and directed us on where to go for the items we were looking for. He educated us on the extended warranty on the item we purchased. And walked us to the door.
Excellent service, and I haven't been able to break their tools that I have broken many craftsman versions of!
I shop at this location frequently, as I do handyman work in the Midcoast area. The staffing is friendly and helpful. Prices and quality of most items is good to excellent. I have not had to return many items, but when I do, there is never a hassle. Highly recommended for decent tools at excellent prices.Parking spacePlenty of parkingParking optionsFree parking lot
I like this place. The tools seem to be better quality than they have in the past. Some of these are made by the same manufacturer and his name brand. Prices here are just great. I bought a fold-out director style camp chair for like $30. Everywhere else they be $90 but this one comes with a fold-out table for the side. So you get more for less. Sign me up
Charlie helped me out really fast with the correct hole saw arbor I had purchased, was in and out of there in 3 minutes with the proper tool , man thank you so much time is money
The service is amazing, if you need anything just ask, most of them know where everything is and they're all very polite. The store is filled with useful tools for the regular consumer at an unusually low price, although I'm assuming its a "you get what you pay for", they still seem quite rugged for the price. They'll definitely see me again.
We all know that the tools are mostly junk but with the lifetime warranty how can you go wrong. The prices are fantastic and it breaks just get a new one. Theres no hassle exchanging the tools their pretty laid back plus on the flipside some of there tools are better than name brand
These people were very receptive and helpful when I contacted them with an issue with a product that I had purchased from them. Their response was " bring it back and we will replace it". AND THEY DID, NO QUESTION ASKED. I will be back to them again. Nice to do business with straight shooters.
Not a bad place. The 3 stars is for the lack of selection and information in their isles. I attribute this to the need for restock and or moving the store around. The employees there are very knowledgeable and will actually walk you to the location of whatever item you may inquire about.
Geez, a young man greeted me when I walked in, asked if he could help, took me to the item, got a cart. Amazing! Girl at the counter was equally as helpful. Not sure of their names, but it was about 4PM on 11/25. Give them a raise!!!
