Called and asked for a part..talked to two women second one was rude tried to tell her they had it or it says it was there and told her the item number she still wanted to argue,I let her talk to dial tone.called another store they confirmed availability without being rude.......if I don't know what you have in your own store.. Don't argue with a customer.
This location is usually well stocked and a very friendly staff every time I'm in there. This trip I happen to be on my motorcycle and had a great sale on the predator 2000 watt generator and had to strap it on the motorcycle and ride it home. This location usually has a easy return policy and an easy to get to location.
Don't come here, if you return a defective item they'll charge you a made-up restocking fee & lie about having to charge it, go to Walmart & Amazon instead.
Excellent place to go to get good quality tools etc. Not Snap on or Proto but very affordable and with what you pay.
Great prices, fun store to shop at. Good return policies and you cannot beat the prices. They usually have what we're looking for and lots of fun things we were not looking for. Honestly Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores to shop at for around the house needs. They have creative merchandise for me and the tools and things my husband needs. Most anything you can think of they not only have, the price is always great. They have to tumbler's, magnets all sizes, kid project toys, all kinds of led flashlights, led light strips, boxes of assorted size and color clips for your belt loop, purse, or what ever you might want to clip, they have dental style tools for arts and crafts, the grabber thing so you don't have to bend over to pick something up, all sizes of levels and much, much more. The employees are always friendly and happy to help.

You Can Find Anything You Need in The Store, All Kinds of A-Z, Very Reasonable Prices, Great Customer Service. Love Harbor Freight, Awesome To Shop In. I Absolutely Love Going To Harbor Freight. Today I Had An Exchange. I Had My Receipt And The Cashier Was So Friendly And Professional. I Had Bought The Wrong Drive. There Was No Issues And It Was Credited Back Too My Card. I Was Going Too Do An Exchange, But It Was $10.00 Less Than What I Had Paid, Needless To Say, They Were Sold Out. So After Brousing. I Decided To Come Back For The Big Tent Sale. All The Associates Spoke, Very Friendly, Busy, But Take Time For. There Customers. One Awesome Place To Shop. Best Prices And Tons Of Coupons When You Sign Up And Become A Member. Love All The Sales.
I love shopping at Harbor Freight Tools! No more than I use the tools I purchase from anywhere, the ones from Harbor Freight will last me years. I'm not hard on tools and take care of the ones I have, so I sacrifice a little quality for lower cost. The store is very neat and the workers are helpful when locating a tool. The only complaint I have is checking out. If someone ahead of you wants to sign up for an account, it takes forever!! I've waited in line with 2 people ahead of me for 30 minutes before and they rarely have more than one register open.
Not the best service but fair prices. Return policy is very dated. Their systems and policies need to be updated to match those of competitors. They can’t even look up purchases made using the membership discount. Very annoying.
