I couldn't find an oil pan I was looking for so I flagged down the manager. He was very helpful and verified there was no oil pan in the area I was at, went to the back to look, and then provided some further suggestions on where to find an oil pan in the surrounding area. I didn't expect that much help and it was refreshing to have. The tools I did buy here worked well and the price was good. I would come here again.
I enjoy this store and have always found the employees respectful and courteous. Many quality tools and affordable. The ad coming to your mailbox is nice and so is the membership for added discounts. Let's hope this Harbor Freight is around for a long time to come.
The staff are usually okay but there are a couple of them that seem to act as though they’re better than everyone else. Aside from that I can’t shop when country western is hammering my ears. Due to the awful music I was driven out of the store and to return to the same music and a loss of a 2 dollar savings. I won’t be shopping at this store again. It went from meh to awful. The only reason I’ve granted more than the minimum rating is because there are good people on staff.
Always great to get to a Harbor Freight store. This one is easy to get in and out of with plenty of out front parking. The prices and selection always impress me. If you get by one, you have to stop in.

Great prices...it's usually a different selection everytime you go. So no guarantee you'll find the same thing twice. But that won't stop me from going back.
Employees are helpful but they haven't bagged our items the last 2 times we went
Purchased the 10 x 10 shed. It is comparably built like the 10 x 20 covering which I own. It is well built and easy to put together. I am hoping it keeps my winter stuff from the garage safe from the winter. I want to add that the associate that helped me was very accommodating and was able to follow through with a request that saved me money and made the purchase an easy one for me. H F is a very good store to get some things at a savings with confidence in the product.
Cheap price for what I was looking for. Sales on a lot of items all the time but need more cashiers.
I like shopping at Harbor Freight. I always take coupons to get freebies if I'm going to purchase something anyway. The prices are quite reasonable and there are a wide variety of items. Handicap parking and handicap accessible. Restroom available. Staff is nice and they are very knowledgeable. Actually located in Town n Country Shopping Plaza, lots of parking.
