I just rode my bike all the way here just minutes before closing maybe 3 or 4 customers left inside the store. All I needed was one item. Cesar the supervisor is a lil B!+©μ×100% claimed he only had one cashier so he just ignored me.
You can return anything. I even got cash back . On something I didn't use. Awesome place
My experience here was great on the 26th day of July, because, I was greeted when I walked in and the customer service was excellent. The young lady let me know exactly where the tools I was looking for were, which was the Pittsburgh click type torque wrench and universal 3 jaw adjustable oil filter wrenches. The cashier made sure that I had an account on file with Harbor Freight even though he wasn't able to direct me to the right location for the chock, but in his defense, maybe it was because I didn't say wheel chock and he also claimed the system stated that's where they were. However, the young lady did point me in the right direction. It was a good day and experience.
They always have sales on the weekends... Your in and out right away. I've seen this is a hard worker every time I visit this place..... He's very polite and helpful every time I have a question.... I think his name is Luis B.
Always organized and clean, great staff that is always on point, great management only down side is some of the customers that either steel or mess up the store.

Good service. My local tool store! As with any Harbor Freight store, some tools are good some tools are not. Be your own judge. Always good prices and especially during a sale!
I've never had a bad experience at any Harbor Freight store and this one is not the exception... All good here...
Fantastic prices, but no more 20% off coupon not sure what happened. The Pittsburgh Pro line of tools is an amazing value, and I look forward to getting more of the Icon lineup. Some of the REALLY inexpensive stuff and sets is cheaply made and will get you through the job. Usually you can tell what those are just by looking at them though.
