Not a store that I normally shop at but I went in to buy a gift. Upon entering, a staff member almost immediately offered assistance, which I declined. A few minutes later, when I did have a question, I was easily able to locate an employee I really liked that I didn't have to wander around to look for help and they were able to immediately answer my questions and even provided additional information that was helpful. I don't have anything to compare this store to but my experiences with the staff is why they get 5 stars.
Love this store, nothing bad to say, would love to see a little more organization on the left side of the store, that has deals you have to climb over to see or get
Great. ,nice workers helped me find the glue I needed, and they have more security alarms than anyone. A really good place.
Very bad first and last shopping experience. I was told by two sales assistants that the folding work bench that I found on the Harbor Frieght website was not sold by the store. I found it on the isle we were standing on. Not very good example of product knowledge.
Went to buy a degital weight scale that had plastic lid. Lid is used to hold small items. It had a break ln the lid.Told casher and did not buy. Came back to buy another one. One was left. It was the exact one found broken before. Clerk said that Manager said no price break for this damaged item. I was surprised it was back on shelf!!! Be careful. Store impressive till today.
Good prices, good tools, as good as any in its class. Very friendly management. If you work on your own stuff these are the only tools you need. I've even seen mechanics with h/f tools. There's a wide variety of about anything you need. 90 day return policy if you use your phone number they will have your receipt. Some tools have lifetime warranty. I bought my tool box there it had a dent in the drawer they marked it way down I ordered a new drawer and replaced it I saved about 4000 off what I would have spent on the same snap-on or mac.
Awesome selection of high quality tools. Less expensive than Lowe’s and Home Depot.
I'm really getting into these new Icon Tools. we've all known for years as mechanics that harbor freight carries the world's crappiest tools. But this new line of Icon tools might set a new standard for harbor freight.
Always a joy coming into the man's toy store. Only thing I can say in a negative sense is I always spend too much money. Way too much. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful as always. I wish more places treated their guests like this. The world would be a better place. Thanks staff
Lots of stuff, I ended up asking for help to find items. Do yourself a favor and find items in advance.
