I needed 6- LED shop lights with 10,000 lumens and there was only one on the shelf. I asked one of young the lady's if they had anymore in the back. Within a couple minutes she had the other 5 at the register waiting for me. Awesome friendly customer srevice. Thank you Harbor freight.
Nothing wrong with the store, just the workers are always rude whenever I check out. Been there 3 times and had 3 different people check me out. I always try to be nice to everyone even if they're rude. They just seem angry at me for no reason. Makes me uncomfortable.
The selection is good, prices reflect quality in most cases. However, you can sometimes find a spectacular deal and their daily coupons help persuade folks on a budget come in and browse their merchandise. Still better customer service than Lowes and Home Depot.

The tools aren't super high quality, but they also aren't bad for your weekend projects. The staff is friendly and actually extremely attentive for such a low cost store.
Dissatisfied when online it says item in stock and then you go to the store and they say I have to order it anyways. I could of done that from my house and not wasted my time. The store is always a cluster. The Summerville location is not listed online.
They are very helpful and the prices are right! So glad to have this new store.
Place is amazing staff was amazing. I forgot my email and they still gave me 20%off all my stuff. I have been going here since the store opened and have never been let down. NOTE: Industrial tool boxes are just the same as any other majoroverpriced brand. I have personally tossed them off a fork truck and had no issues.

Better staffed and better trained than most HF stores. It's small though and selection are sometimes sparse. Enjoying the new Bauer line, if you get a good one, they are darn good. If you get a bad one just return it don't bother trying to make it work.
