It's a great place to go for certain items. There are some things there that are just unbelievably inexpensive and those are probably things to steer away from. What I mean is things like an angle grinder is incredibly cheap there but the quality is not really good. However other things like towing supplies jacks, etc. are reasonable quality at a good price. My favorite item from harbor freight is my hydraulic lift cart. It works great. It will lift 500 lb and it has wheels to roll it around. They also have a 1,000 lb hydraulic lift cart. Both of these are very reasonably priced and good quality.
Never been to a location with a bad experience. All staff helpful. Go early on sales days---might run out of product you're looking for. All personnel stop what they're doing to WALK you to location of your product needs----NOT just point. Though lower than average pricing, most products will last longer than you would think. Stop by. You'll be amazed.
They have the tools, but apparently "the bathroom closes at 6:30pm" because "it's already been cleaned" so my toddler who is potty training would have to pee his pants because they're are too lazy to unlock the bathroom for a customer spending $150 in the store. I've attached the photo of the individual who closes the bathroom for paying customers. I have unsubscribed from emails and will just avoid harbor freight in the future.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I usually find what I'm looking for quickly. I like to browse around.
GREAT PLACE FOR TRUCK DELIVERIES.. ENTER BY THE WHATABURGER MAKE wide right turn at end go down till you see Docks.. Easy to back in dock huge in back to get straight and back into dock. Also big enough to spend the night before delivery in back.
Nice to go to a store and the advertised items I want are actually in stock! Also nice that you can check stock/availability and be referred to another location if by chance they are out of what you want. Everyone is always nice and willing to help. I am glad they are still here in Duncanville.
