Store has very cool stuff all reasonably priced. I'll continue shopping here as long as they continue to offer items at a good price. Let's hope they don't start charging more like other stores seem to be doing
You know what you're in for when you walk into a Harbor Freight shop to begin with. The staff here was very helpful and positive. The store was clean and well taken care of.
Ive never been a huge fan of Harbor Freight tools, and mainly because friends and colleagues didn’t have anything positive to say about the I stayed away for years because of rumors. Totally different story now, it turns out It’s a great chain store for homeowners and your average DIYer. I love the store now! For me and my business, I wouldn’t buy anything too pricey as the quality is questionable, especially for commercial applications. That’s probably not fair and things should be looked at on an individual basis. Anything else a homeowner needs is here and the staff is great! Super helpful.
Staff is pleasant enough to speak to, reluctant to physically help customers find items though, preference is to stand and talk to each other instead. Will even give customers wrong information instead of making sure they know what they're talking about.
Bait into the store. 3rd time their website said they had something and I come in and they don't. In other words, they either don't care or don't know how to manage their inventory. No other Harbor Freight has this issue.
Cashier should start working on that very unwelcoming demeanor if ur sticking around. wouldn't hurt! Love harbor freight, hence the 4 otherwise Imma only ever go to the Montgomeryville location.
Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They pretty much have every tool you need at a budget.
Got a great deal on a generator. The guys were so helpful and even help me load it into my car. I could shop there all day long. They have great stuff.
I always love a harbor freight store. This is a good one and the employees are very friendly.
