At Harbor Gymnastics students develop body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and social skills all while having fun.
Coach Lisa has been involved with gymnastics for over 25 years. She started as a 5 year old gymnast and competed through high school as a Level 9 gymnast. She earned many physical fitness and gymnastics awards over the years, including Most Valuable Player, All-State, and a State Championship title. Coach Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She values education and wants every child to love learning. As a coach she integrates basic language, math, and science concepts with fundamental gymnastic knowledge. Coach Lisa spends most of her time with her 3 young children, husband, and dog. She loves living in the Harbor where she can explore the outdoors.
