Harborside Suites at Little Harbor

This place has so much potential if they just put the money to upgrade the building and surrounding areas. The views of the marina and private beach were absolutely stunning. The pool/sitting area was great for a drink or sunbath. But our room needed serious help. Stained sheets, comforter. Broken coffee maker. Dirty fixtures and carpet. Beds are very uncomfortable, and not supplied with a good amount of bedding. Expect a 45 minute drive to the surrounding beaches. The front desk was professional and very helpful. The rating I gave could easily go up if they just invested the money back in the property.

The condo we're staying in is bright, clean, and fairly recently updated with a beautiful view of the bay and only a short walk to a private beach. There are 2 pools on the premises as well as a couple Bar/Grill places. The security on the grounds seems to be a little over the top though. Lots of locking doors and gates so you can't get in or out without a key card. Seems a bit of an overkill. Over all a solid B; 4-stars.

The grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful. The buildings from the outside look great but the rooms could Definetly use some help. All the furniture is old and worn and the living room furniture is far from comfortable. 2 of the coffee cups were broken and dangerous. The stove did not work well. If they spent a little money on the inside of the units...it would be a 5 star. Right now 4 stars is generous.

How in the hell does this place have 4 stars!? Me and my family stayed here this past week and boy was it disgusting and dirty. The floors and walls were gross with dirt. The furniture was stained with who knows what. The bath towels and linens were gross and stained. We moved rooms which was slightly better but still gross. Never thought we would have to clean our room ourselves. Ifhavleft.immediately.

I drive through this area just because I enjoy the view. I have never rented a place but the local restaurant is kinda dirty. If you walk inside it smells like stale water was used to clean. There are lots of flies too. The food is hit or miss. Mostly miss as I'm afraid it's not clean.

The carpet needs to be replaced, the bed is terrible, the furniture needs to be cleaned. Also I could tell the ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in a while, some of the shower tile had mole, and the balcony is tiny. The top of shower door has never been cleaned because when it was wiped with disinfecting wipe, the wipe was black with dirt. There should a handicap bar in the bathroom close to the toilet. The staff were friendly and the location is nice.

First. The hotel was beautiful! Clean, nice big rooms, and beautiful views. Its location is prime. Second, praise to the staff. I have a big family....and we all are horribly loud people. But they allowed us to be outside in the pool area until 2 in the morning. We know we were annoying, and tried to keep ourselves in check, but the staff was really cool about everything. This is a great spot for a nice weekend. Small couple or big family, doesn't matter, you're going to have a great time.

Very disappointed with our stay this weekend. Parking garage was gross with trash every where and just bags of towels by the entry door to get to the elevator. But it gets worse. Host was not a great help or friendly. The hall ways and elevator smelt so gross and the carpets were gross and sticky. Our room was no treat. Seems like they only do a spot clean to the rooms. There was left over trash in our room, stain on towels, curtains and sheets. There were shells from nuts and sunflower seeds all over the place. Doors and the drawers never fully closed in the room. The place was just dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable. Did not sleep well. Toss and turned all night. The pillows were also very small too puffy too much cotton in them. We left as soon as we woke up. When we checked out. Not surprised to find our bill higher and charged for resort fees when nothing was open for us to enjoy. The host also didnt care to ask us how our stay was. So we left seven more upset. This will not be my only comment to this "resort".

Great place to stay. The rooms are a good price but need updating. They do have Neutrogena toiletries which was nice. No USB outlets so make sure you bring your phone chargers and wall plug. TV in the bedroom is a little small for our liking. Customer service was A+. Check-in was relatively quick and easy. Seemed to be plenty of parking.

I don’t know where to start! Great location, spectacular sunset and beautiful rooms! A GREAT place to stay at for a anniversary so pretty and romantic. You have to drive a bit to get back into normal civilization, shops etc. Great place to stay! There could be a little to change though, old furniture, privacy. If you have a bigger family you may want to get another room instead of sleep in the family room. There are loud noises at night like the heater and the ice machine. Other than that, great place!
