I originally went here with a friend and never stopped going over a year ago. I’ve had the pleasure of having my nails done by most of the staff, they are all kind, patient, respectful and talented. I wish my photos did the manicures justice but I always get compliments on my nails from clients at work and when I’m out and about. It is clear why this place is busy!  No wait, calm, kind, professional, clean.  Well run with clearly great management!  Update on my next visit:  I called at 2:45, got an appointment for 2 people at 5 ...  and my stylist was with me until 6:30 1/2 hour after closing. Service is their specialty, and they serve their customers well!  We were treated incredible and pampered, not rushed!

I had to find a new nail salon after being very disappointed in the service I had been getting at mine.  I found this place via online suggestions.  The staff was friendly. Attentive. I am giving one star because of my experience at this establishment yesterday. I went there as I usually do every three weeks. Both myself and my daughter get our nails and feet done. Including the tip, I usually spend about $200 between the two of us. Most of the workers are nice, some do a better job than others. A lot of times you have to use more than one person for your services since some only do hands, and some only do feet. This may cause you to spend more since you're tipping two people instead of one. This has not been a big problem for me... The problem that I have is with the management. I chose a color that I have never had before. I stated this to the "professional" that was doing my pedicure. After she was done, I noticed that it looked a little spotty. I thought that it was me, so turned on my phone flashlight and saw that it was indeed lighter in some spots. I'm not sure what was said, but the "manager" who is also the owner's wife came over and said, "what do you need?" .... I responded by telling her about the dark and light spots. This seemed to offend her. She stated that all of her light gel colors show up uneven, that was lie #1... My daughter had just gotten white gel polish and her color wasn't uneven. The "manager" also stated that I would have to get a dark color. I asked the guy doing my nails, her brother, Tom, who is very nice and he said that I could go with another light color, so another untrue thing from her.  After I paid $166 2 gel pedicures, one regular manicure, and dip powder on my nails plus $35 in tips $201 total... she came over and said that the next time I wouldn't be able to change colors just because i didn't like it. I said, " I loved the first color!" I couldn't keep it because it didn't look good with the light spots. I don't understand why I couldn't just get another coat on my toes to cover the spots... They claimed that it wouldn't work. I told her that I thought that I was coming to "professionals" for my nails. Why wasn't i told that the lighter colors may spot up. Also, how did I just have a light lavender color from there for the past three weeks that did fine? If I were told in advance about this supposed gel polish problem, I would have went to another shop where they don't have that problem. I'm sorry that my color had to be changed, but I learned from this experience. This person is not respectful and tried to speak to me rudely several times, not even wanting me to respond back to her. You will do fine at this shop if you don't have any complaints and accept whatever. If you do speak up, beware because the "manager" is neither honest or kind. As I told her before leaving. I'm honest, loyal, and fair. Whether they care or not, I will not be returning. They don't deserve my money!

Very pleasant and very organized which is nice. It's honestly a relief to be able to make appointments through a website and know what I'm getting. My pedicure was excellent, no nicks no roughness no tickling, I'll definitely be back.

I have been getting my nails done here since 1999.  My is the best she always takes her time! I have never have any issues with my nails.  I have seen other technicians and they always do a great job.  Pedicures are the best! They use a hot towel and a stone at the end.  Will not go anyplace else.  Highly recommend them for all your pampering needs.

Our previous nail shop was sold  and as we were extremely loyal to the previous owner, we had to find a new place to go. I had come here years ago to have my nails done for my wedding, so we gave it another try. So glad we did, because they're amazing! Everyone is so friendly, prices are very reasonable, and our experience was fabulous. We will definitely be returning!
