1st, your COVID vaccination proof and ID are needed to enter the restaurant. Now, to the food and service that were awesome. I wish I could remember our server's name, he was phenomenal. The portion sizes were large; definitely worth the price. It was absolutely delicious; it tasted was very good. If you are a looking for the musical memorabilia associated the Hard Rock experience, not much there to see, but that aside a great place to visit and definitely eat.
We arrived at 2PM on a weekday which is late for US and were told that waiting would be 1h despite a few customers inside. I went online, booked a table and was seated 10min after. The original and cheese burgers were really good with that grilled taste. The fries were also delicious. Prefer a souvenir glass from the cocktail menu that the souvenir shop. Brent was very pleasant and helpful. He even talked a little French. The video clips playing are a bit outdated.
We loved our time at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood! This restaurant I’m always guarantees: great food International and American Cuisine, music, in some cases live entertainment and the opportunity to have fun while exploring the place and discovering fund and interesting facts, clothes, instruments, and different items donated for some of the World Famous Artist and performers. The architectural design and boutique museum like style are super cool. 100% recommended
We walked in without reservations and got seated after 10 min wait time. I really loved the ambience. Talking about the menu , apart from the regular one, they also serve some items specific to the location. Food took a good 20 min wait. Food was amazing. Great service. 2 hr Parking validation , if parked in Ovation. Parking: Ovation - 2 hr validation
This place is the BEST in Hollywood! Service is AMAZING. I'VE NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE! Food is very tasty and the atmosphere is SMOOTH, the music is great, lighting is well thought out and the entire place is spotless! Come here to get off the streets and out of the busy places. You won't regret it! Brent was very attentive to us and made certain ALL was well. He made sure everyone in the restaurant was well looked after too.
The staff here was really nice and the manager was very attentive during our visit. He came and asked us how we were doing twice and our waiter was very nice as well. Food was good and there was also a music show going on which was nice to see while eating. We are from L.A. and would not hesitate to bring someone from out of town here for a quick bite.
For overall atmosphere, if you're seated in the main part of the restaurant, I'd give it a 4 we came before a show without a reservation and found seats at the bar which was a little sticky and not as friendly. Little bit of a bummer as they wouldn't seat us at a table because we didn't have a reservation, but the entire time we dined at the bar there were plenty of open tables in the main room... The food was okay. We had impossible burgers...one lettuce-wrapped for my gluten-free soul-mate...the other on a regular old bun. We're thrilled that hearty vegetarian options like this exist and appreciate that HRC had it for us. She also had a chocolate shake which was a bit soupier than it should have been. I thought it was cool that they had smaller versions of cocktails on what was called a "shooters" menu so you could try one or two without committing to an entire drink. I had the Lemon Drop Shooter, which was, again, okay...a bit too sickly sweet for my tastes. Overall I got the feeling that this was a restaurant for tourists wanting an experience, as opposed to an upscale dining experience. I wouldn't rush back.
Great place to cool down when visiting Walk Of Fame, decent prices, good choice of food, memorabilia gallery is also great to check out. They have live music after 8 pm. The bartenders, especially Evilyn, went above and beyond to host me in the best possible way. This wasn't my first visit, and will definitely drop by again every time I'm in the neighbourhood.
I always tip fairly, sometimes over if the service is impeccable. Our server, Alex, was damn near non-existent our entire meal. He would go into the kitchen area and disappear for extended periods. Come to find out, there is an employee lounge/break room in that area. We had to ask other servers for what we needed multiple times. Now, for the food. The nachos were amazing! Wish there was more chicken included, considering this appetizer cost more than buffalo wings. Green beans as a side had no flavor.
Very tasty and good sized burgers! The dessert was delicious, too. Our waitress was very kind and chatty. We absolutely loved our time here : Vegetarian options: There are vegaetarian options for every kind of meal Parking: There is a public parking lot around the corner. 25$ per day.
