My first hard rock cafe. Was a little skeptical at first but very impressed. Even the water they served tasted it was from the spring. The spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing. Hurricane and the Black Berry Sangria was perfect. Had the smashed Country Burger. It's was great, not the best burgers I have had but was very good
Service was great, we got seated right away. We got our drinks quickly, and we like the strawberry/lemonade drink. We got steak nachos, and we loved them and our dinners were the legendary burger with fries and Cedar Plank Salmon. The salmon was undercooked, so they made another one. The mashed potatoes, fries and broccoli were good. Neither one of us really impressed with our meals but we will give it another try when we're town again. Maybe try the wings
I like the classic chicken burger ! The burger was fine and the chicken meat was juicy! I liked it. It’s quite a crowded restaurant so you need to wait sometimes to get your order. Overall it was a nice experience in HardRock Cafe of Niagara Fall.Food: 4/5
It was open! We watched the fireworks at the Falls and made it to the Hard Rock at about 10:15. It was opened and despite closing at 10:30, we were greeted and served with a smile. The service was prompt and the food came out fast… and it was so good! My daughter loved her hot dog kids meal. My son enjoyed the Diablo burger, but said it wasn’t very “Diablo”. My wife got the flatbread appetizer as her main course, and it was good, but not extremely flavorful. I got the mac and cheese with chicken, which was hearty and extremely flavorful. It was so good! We even did the touristy thing and bought some Hard Rock swag. The lady running that section of the facility was incredibly helpful and helped us get what we needed.
The experience was good overall. The ambience was brilliant. The staff were courteous. The wait was a little on the higher side. Food was fairly delicious, although a little overpriced for the location.
The food was delicious but cold. Poor waitress was running around crazy due to how busy it was! But she was still amazing. The cook staff was fairly new and messed up our orders but we didn't care we were too hungry. Will Def be back if time allows.Food: 5/5
Food was great, the BBQ bacon burger hit the spot. The atmosphere is amazing, it wasn't to busy so we were able to walk around and look at all the music memorabilia. They have a stage there and when there are no bands performing you can go on stage with a guitar and pose. The bonus is they leave a guitar on the stage so don't worry. Our kids loved it, they loved it so much the put on a little dance off.
I was finally able to take my family here for the first time. It was just like I remembered from when my mom took me for my first time. Our waiter was amazing, he added to our great experience. Usually there is one flaw in a dinning experience, howerver, that did not happen here!!! The food was delicious, the staff were very pleseant, the atmospher was interesting and desirable. The Onion rings were stellar, best we've ever had!!! Kid-friendliness: Our daughter spilled her first milk shake, the waiter was nice enough to bring her another one free of charge.
Great restaurant, the salmon noodle dish was delicious and light. Would definitely make a return trip. The waitress was fun, lively, and amazing at taking care of usFood: 5/5
The food is amazing, typical american food with loud music, but you can still talk good enough with friends and family! Service was friendly and always filled our drinks up as soon as they were empty. Its just a tourist spot and the prices are maybe for some people too much. But as a whole definitely worth it to got there!Food: 5/5
