Overall, a great experience. We got seated on a timely manner. We were told to wait 15 min and we got seated right at 15 min. The employees and waiters were very nice and helpful. If this is your first time eating here, definitely get your pictures taken. The food was good. Our burgers were juicy. The nachos were well portioned but definitely not enough for several adults. The portion amount for the salads was more than enough for one adult as well and very well made. This spot is a super nice spot to take a break at if you're going from one park to the other in one day. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it was exactly 30 minutes but we did have several dishes ordered. Other than waiting 30 minutes for our food to arrivez everything else was good.
Firstly, our server was excellent. She was very attentive, had a good attitude, and made us feel important. Second, the venue is pretty cool. I think this may be the largest Hard Rock on earth. The memorabilia is world class, as usual, and our server invited us to walk around and take it in - which we did! Third, the food was very good. We started off with the spicy shrimp, yum. I had a NY strip that was cooked to perfection, and my onion rings were über crunchy - I hate it when they are soggy and stringy. My son had the ribs. They were our only disappointment. The flavor was excellent but the meat didn’t fall off the bone and he felt like he had to “work for it” a little. His side of mac and cheese was yummy, it was prepared nicely with some different spices. Finally, the hot fudge brownie dessert did not disappoint. Everything was gooey and delicious. We really enjoyed our visit and dinner. I would definitely recommend you stop by yourself.
Reservations were made here. I ate here earlier this year and it was definitely worth the wait! Forgot to post a review Our server Taylor was very attentive and nice. He provided us what we needed plus more. I wanted to eat here because this is my mom's favorite restaurant. I wanted to try it out and it was so much more flavorful than I expected. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. I loved the decor, so much history and memorabilia. Did y'all know this is the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world?
3 of us arrived for dinner around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. I’d recommend coming before the park closes because when we left around 9:30, the line was LONG. They make you take a group photo prior to sitting with a broken guitar and then try to get you to pay $25 for it . Our server was friendly, and could have been more attentive but the place was pretty busy. He did seem annoyed no one at our table ordered any alcohol. Our food came super quick. I had the grilled salmon noodle bowl. It was DELICIOUS. The veggies were fresh, and the dressing was the perfect compliment to the perfectly cooked salmon. I was super happy! Overall good experience. I’d go again because the food was so good!
Had a Chicken Ceasar Salad today and it was good, actually quite filling. The salad was nice size and the chicken portion was large, comparable to half a chicken breast. The food arrived quickly and the service was excellent. The beers are nice and cold and very refreshing on a warm day. Full size bar and the bartenders can make you any drink you desire. The music playing is classic rock which I enjoy. Really enjoyed my dining and entertainment experience here today!
Loved this place. Our server Laura was truly a Rock Star she was helpful, courteous and gave us a tour of some truly awesome Music History Memorabilia. The food and drinks were very good. I mean what was not to like. Also went to the gift shop after and got some great swag. If you go to Universal and love music you must go here!
This is my personal favorite restaurant to eat at when we visit Universal Studios. They have music videos playing on the monitors or sports. They have a good selection of delicious food and adult beverages. Their centerpiece is a 1959 Cadillac convertible that is rotating over the bar. There also are many pieces of rock and roll memorabilia throughout the entire restaurant. You are allowed to walk around and take pictures of these if you want.Behind the restaurant is a piece of the Berlin wall. They even have a concert stadium attached. If they aren't too busy they will give you a quick tour of it if you ask. Good tunes, good eats and good drinks. Leave room for their desserts! What else can you ask for? Make sure you check out the pins in the souvenir shop.
Excellent experience! Went for dinner with the family. Located just outside the Universal Studio parks. Under promise and over deliver is the theme for this restaurant. We got on the waitlist and didn’t have to wait as long as they told us. The service was superb and the waitress was attentive and quick on refills. We got the nachos with pork, kids meals cheese burger, chicken tenders and Mac and cheese and the kids all enjoyed their meals. I got the Original Legendary Burger and my wife got the Southwestern Chicken Bowl. Ended the night with some dessert. Super yummy!!
All of the food was good. My daughter wanted cheese pizza but they only had pepperoni on the menu...they were awesome and made it cheese only. My husband had the ribs, they were fall off the bone delicious, the beans were perfect, too! My buffalo chicken was okay, the buffalo sauce didn't have much of a taste. It's on the pricy side, $80 for 2 adults and 1 kid, but we enjoyed dining here! Our server was very nice and attentive.
The Hard Rock Orlando at Universals City Walk is great. Definitely my favorite place to eat when visiting the Theme Parks. Usually has a bit of a wait. However, you can usually grab a seat or three at the bar and get faster service then waiting for a table. The menu has a pretty decent selection of appetizers and entrees to chose from. This evening we were served by Mikey and Erika. They provided exceptional service as they were professional and attentive. The food was pretty tasty and is always consistent.
