Husband got a double cheeseburger and it was pitiful.  Nothing like advertised.  Patty's were so dry he could hardly swallow his food.  He added ketchup to it to see if it would help. Food had a nasty taste to it. I took a bite of his burger and it was aweful.  He couldn't finish it.  Won't be going back to the Lyman Hardee's again.

Customer service is spectacular in the morning. I wished they served breakfast all day! I don't like they when I get a hard biscuit or a dry, crispy piece of sausage. If you get fresh brkft, consider yourself lucky.Food: 3/5

Courtney took my order at drive thru 2 day & she sounds like she is miserable. Need 2 get someone who has a nicer attitude.  A different lady took my money. She's nice. Food correct.

I like to be able to go in and sit down and eat my breakfast before I go to work and I like it that Hardee's dining room is open for me to do that. I eat there every morning, the employees know what I order.Food: 5/5

I ordered the French toast dips, cooked light. I got these nasty things, that you can't even bite into. They are so hard, they could be used as a weapon. Leave it to Hardee's in lyman to mess up something as simple as French toast sticks. Tried to call of course no one can answer the phone. Definitely won't be going back, they mess up every single order here lately.

This place is terrible. Came in and ordered food and was never given a receipt and after sitting and waiting what seemed like forever I went up to inquire. The food was cold and even though the manager was apologetic I don’t see why you would serve food you know has been sitting. Instead of dropping fresh hasbrowns you just serve the ones that’s been sitting. I will never come back to this location. The location in Greer is much better! I know times are hard but there’s no excuse.

We had hoped to get a sausage biscuit but they don't serve items that are on the Breakfast menu after 10AM, even though we were the only ones in there at that time. We left and went nextdoor to the QT. Really disappointed because Hardee's biscuits are far better.  Parking: Parking is very accessible. We use Handicap Parking.   Wheelchair accessibility: The curbs at the Handicap Parking spots are graduated and the doors are plenty wide enough.

I usually visit a Hardees every morning and I've visited this particular one several times in the past. Today as I went through the drive thru, I ordered a breakfast platter and for the meat I ordered chicken. The lady running drive-thru informed me that it would be a $3.00 upcharge which I said, I don't care, that's fine; however, I let her know that the Reidville Rd store didn't usually charge an upcharge. At this point this lady got a real bad attitude and made the statement "Well, this ain't Reidville Rd." to which I responded, "Is there a problem? Why the attitude?" She proceeded to belittle me and told me that I was the one with the attitude! I explained to her that I would take my business elsewhere, to which she responded, "Well good! Bye!" I mean really, I'm sure that Hardees didn't teach their employees to act this way! I was very surprised to say the least! That kind of attitude is not necessary and certainly not in the work place. She may have been having a bad day and I understand that; however, you have lost a customer for, at least, this location!

Used to be about the best breakfast place to me but the biscuits is went downhill their gravy is like water now no meat at all in their gravy.somebody  needs to do a surprise watch on them in the Lyman Hardee,s

My french toast sticks were as hard as chinese algebra. It was my first time having them and they were terrible. My eggs were also cold as Canada in December.Food: 1/5
