Hardee's

This establishment is fairly new and I have had visited this place several times since it recently opened. Milkshakes are thick and taste great. You can also get the malted shakes as well. Service is quick and friendly. Burgers are a good size for the price. I have found on more than several occasions that the burgers can be dry.

I love coming here for food. They definitely give you great serving sizes for food and having the touchscreen computers that give you 10% off the bill just by using them is seriously cool. It's always spotless in here and the service is spot on, especially if an order was incorrect. I definitely would say they have a very specific taste for their food and this would be my favorite burger joint in the area for now.

Convenient location, clean facility. Staff is courteous and hard working. I only like Hardee's french fries, I actually like the fries better than McDonald's' fries. The Hardee's burgers I don't like, they taste like a poorly prepared meat loaf. The day I visited this Hardee's the service was exceptionally slow.

First time going to Carl's Jr. I was kind of excited.....heard a lot about them. I went inside and I was the only customer waiting on line and someone said to me about three times "we will be right with you ma'am". Then two people came into the store and still no customer service. One of the customers left in frustration. A young girl came and I thought she was going to wait on me, but she tells me that she has to "count her drawer to be sure it's right". I get it, I understand, I even told her so. However, there were two more registers that were available and no one came to assist. She finally finished counting and took my order. The Manager asked how I was doing and I replied "hanging in there....I had to wait a while to place my order". She said "the cash drawer had to be counted first".....I did not recall an apology, but nevertheless waiting 10-15 minutes when you are the only one in line seemed extreme to me. I received my food and I thought the prices were great. We ate when we got home. The fries and onion rings are not there forte'. The burgers were actually pretty good.... they put us in the mind of the burgers at Dairy Queen. We enjoyed the burgers. I cannot say that I would be back, but I can check that off my list. ~ Thank you.

Was greeted and welcomed by shift mgr Tiffany. She was pleasant and in a cheerful mood. She took my order and after placing it she was extremely helpful in adjusting my order to add jalapeno peppers to my chicken sandwich. It was brought to me table side by another associate who was very cheerful and pleasant. The chicken for a fast food place was ceispy, not greasy and filled the bun. It was fresh tasting and didn't taste like frozen processed imitation chicken byproduct. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy and the tomato was fresh nicely sliced and sweet. The french fries were crispy golden brown and not over salted. The restaurant was very clean. Tables all whipped down and no litter in the floors or table tops. The soda station and condiments area was spotless. This is definitely an establishment I will be visiting again and bring my friends and family.

I was actually quite surprise by the quality of their food. I like their custom order kiosk inside and take advantage of the 10% discount by using said kiosk. Because the food isn't just microwaved like other fast food establishments it take a little longer to get your order but this is actually a plus not a negative.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Also they bring the order out to your table. We thought the servings of fries that came with the combo meal were larger than usual and they tasted great. All in all this us the best Hardee's I've ever been to.

So I went in with high hopes because of the reputation of this chain and was a bit disappointed. With only 3 people working during lunch time, my order took about 20 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out. The guy in front of me got his food after me which looked to be the same size order I had, a burger and fries. I felt bad because the guy before me god his right away but not nearly as bad as I did when I nearly finished the meal. I have never had to go to the bathroom whilst in the middle of eating a meal. I guess the one star for this place is the one time I’ll ever be here...

The service is always SLOW. Good luck finding someone to take your order if you don't use the self-order kiosk. Then be prepared to wait upwards of 20 mins for your food depending on how busy it is. I miss the Hardee's menu and their Frisco Burger.

I like the place, would have given it five stars but the self order option doesn't have everything that's on the menu, while there, 4 people went ahead of me. Also, they don't have a high chair. The food was good, ordered the five star meal.
