Only two employees working at 6 p.m. We stood at the register for a few minutes before anyone even noticed us. We started making loud noise so they'd hear us. Finally someone noticed us but motioned for us to 'just give them a minute'. So, we continued to wait. The employee came up to the register soon after that and just looked at us, no "hello, how may I help you?", no "welcome!", no apology for the wait, not a word. Just stood there and stared expectantly at us. So we ordered. As we were trying to place our order, the other employee in the back kept yelling at her to come here/hurry up. In her defense I don't think she knew there were customers inside, but still! It was very rude. The employee trying to take our order kept laughing uncomfortably, then finally poked her head into the back and said quietly "Just a minute!", then returned to the register. The employee in the back continued yelling. We finished placing our order. Went and sat down. We could hear the employee in the back randomly swearing throughout our entire visit. The employee that took our order brought the food out to our table, surprisingly within 8-10 minutes. The burger was okay, a little less than average. The fries had the distinct taste of being in oil for a long time. That's when I noticed no condiments available. So, I went up to the front and waited. She stopped and just looked at me. I asked if I could have ketchup and she handed me three packets. I said "Thank you." No response, she just rushed away. We finished our meal and left. I was disappointed, I had a higher expectation of Hardee's. I definitely don't want to return to this one.
They never have enough people working. There’s been time where I get there at 9:45/10 on weekends and they’ll tell people they are already done serving breakfast, though they shouldn’t be. Last week when I went, got there right around 10. They took my order but then I had to wait almost 30 mins in a spot to actually have my food brought out. These are issues that having more people in your establishment, working, would alleviate. On another note, the breakfast is always good if you’re able to get it.
...rude...always just one person working...dinning room is always closed...the grease hasn't been changed in half a year...fries are bad burgers are bad. you can't even wash the after taste out of your mouth because the soda is bad too. Don't go! I normally don't care that much but i might actually file a real complaint to the company so it can improve or shut down...the fires are as brown as the bag and you can tell from this picture how old the grease was that day.thats the sunshine on the one side of the bag.
Horrible person running the front end, she was so rude, we ordered 3 drinks and a coffee , she tried to tell me she did not charge me for one of the soft drinks and it’s on my receipt where I paid for and she had the nerve to ask for the cup back I asked for cream for my coffee and she said they didn’t have any and I told her had I known that I would not have ordered the coffee , my daughters sandwich had black grease all over it and we also ordered two sides of gravy , when I asked for spoons, her response was we don’t have those. How can you run a restaurant with nothing. The sad part is I drove past 5 other restaurants to eat at Hardee’s, never ever again, the food and the service was horrible
My wife were on our way to Tennessee from our home in Pennsylvania. We decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. Our food was delivered quickly to our table and the restaurant was clean. Hardee’s is your basic fast food restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Morgantown area
I ordered two Frisco burger which is 2 number 3. The hamburgers you can tell been sitting way past their time cause they were hard n cold. They ended up only giving us one of our fries when we got 2meals. Had go up n let them know fries was cold n they didn't give us both fries. The woman cashier was very unpleasant n the manager I'm taking it kept staring at us as if we was the ones being in wrong cause our food was cold. Need start teaching the workers how important food safety is cause definitely could make ppl sick eating here. It is 8:50pm on Friday night n their more worried about cleaning the back then to wait on the customers. Definitely won't be coming back.
My wife and I ordered our food and I forgot to order a drink. We were the only ones at the counter so when the woman walked back through I asked if I could order a drink. She made it clear by her actions that I was putting her out but she rung it up and gave me my cup. I go to the soda machine and every option was out of syrup. They all were just spitting out clear liquid. So I walk back up and try to get her attention but she is obviously ignoring me on purpose. She finally comes up and I ask her for a sweet tea instead and explained why. She immediately starts pouting like a child. I then asked if she had hot sauce and she said “No” Then pours me what turns out to be an unsweetened tea. So as she hands it to me I told her that I’ll just be sure to go to McDonalds from now on. She says “please do”. As I’m leaving another elderly gentleman walks up and orders a biscuit and gravy and I hear her tell him “We are out of gravy, McDonald has gravy, go there!” I’ve never encountered a more disgusting person in ANY business in my life.
Food was awful, and the lady was rude as hell, when we were leaving, the dark haired lady working the front counter screamed at us, "THIS AINT YOUR HOUSE, CLEAN YOUR TABLE OFF." We will never be back. We didn't clean our table because we stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, she looked mad, and was so rude. That's why we didn't clean off our table, that's the first time we ever did that, but it felt good.
The restaurant was dirty. They took 10 minutes to take our order. Served others before they served us, another 10 minutes. The employees looked lost, just wandering around trying to figure out what to do next. Both burgers look like they were left out from last night and they were cold like they had been sitting out. We took one bite and threw out all of the food we purchased because it was inedible and they already wasted too much of our time. We thought we’d stop and try Hardee’s and that was a horrid first experience.
ordered 4 breakfast platters, had to pull ahead, ordered my food at 9:42 and did not receive my food until 10:31. They are not planning ahead and having biscuits ready..very dishearteningFood: 4/5
