Was greeted respectfully an given ample time to place my order. Great staff an one employee stood out very well . Her name is Tabitha great person. Kid-friendliness: Most of the employees showed an gave attention.
Buyer beware! I went there for breakfast twice. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit combo both times. What I got was great but there was no egg either time. What a jip. The last time I ordered a hamburger insiting that it not have cheese on it. I even asked when my takeout order was swerved to be sure there was no cheese on it. I eas assured with a smile that there was not. Got it home. There was cheese on it. The sign on the window says they want to be the best restaurant in the neighborhood. I guess they realize that except for beas they are the only restaurant in the area. Shows what a lack of competition does.
I have never seen a hardees that acted like this. The photo is a breakfast platter and for the $6 this is what I received.
I always have a pleasant experience, anytime I'm at Hardee's. I encourage you to go to your nearest Hardee's and eat all that you can hold.Food: 5/5
It was ok. Hardee's has great burgers and I don't mind waiting for a fresh burger but after the wait, the order was wrong. Although an apology was provided, they did not care to resolve the issue in a timely manner.Food: 3/5
I walked in and the order taker took her time on getting my money. Took other orders instead of mine. She completely ignored me. Will not be back to Rossville GA. Management needs to train the store on customer service Food: 1/5
This is second time I've ate here for breakfast. The first time we ate there the front end help and the cooks were fussing and cussing at each other this is not good for a family place. We decided to give it a try yesterday on 03-24-23 and the fuzzing and cussing still going on. What makes this even worse is the guy preparing food with a plastic glove on was touching food, trays, cash register and money with his plastic glove. This doesn't seem very sanitary too me There was 8 people behind the counter and there is no reason why the guy cooking has to come take orders. With 8 people behind counter customers were still waiting on there food in lobby. I watched numerous people walk in and walk out due to no one getting their food. Not good for business.
The drive through staff are always very courteous. Nothing leaves their window that isn't hot and fresh. No disappointments at Hardee's Rossville GA!Food: 5/5

Food A1 but the drive thru workers are a bit rude at times. They never have Hi-C and say it rudely. Other than that great foodFood: 5/5
