You want quality furniture, friendly and knowledgeable service, go see the folks at hardees! We have dealt them a many times and I will continue to give them business. And I hate I didn't get their names, but the two men that delivered my furniture today deserve a loud shout out! They we so so friendly and so much fun! I thoroughly enjoyed them! Hardees is an all around great place and I will highly recommend them to anyone!
We cannot say enough about the GREAT customer service at Hardee's furniture. They have a wonderful selection of furniture and excellent sales representatives. They are super helpful, but not pushy! We purchased some furniture and had an issue. They worked diligently to resolve all concerns! We had Mason as our sales rep, but others were around and able to answer all questions! I will definitely return the next time I need more furniture. Will also comment on their delivery drivers. They are great and pleasant. Even put on door protectors when carrying in the furniture. We had recliners that had to be assembled and they made sure everything set up just right. We live 1.5 hours away, but they are now our first choice when looking for furniture!
Absolutely wonderful experience! We found everything we were looking for. We went in and hopes to find a king bedroom set, a mattress, a sectional, and two separate couches as we were replacing all the furniture in our home. Our sales associate was wonderful and he was very well educated. Wasn’t pushy to try to make a sale, and he let us wander around to look ourselves and didn’t hover at all. We were able to find absolutely everything we needed in ONE store and actually left same day with a mattress! And are having the bedroom set delivered this weekend! He gave us free delivery and gave us a bundle price on everything we bought. Highly recommend the is store to anyone looking for furniture! We will be back for more home furnishings!
Wonderful selection, great staff, reasonable prices!
We purchased a living room set and a king size mattress 2 years ago and less than a year after purchase began contacting them with issues with the mattress. Nothing has been done and now we are not getting any sleep and in pain every morning so even though I am unable to work we have to figure out how to buy a new mattress from somewhere else. Their furniture does not hold up and customer service is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
We found a chair my wife had been looking for. Not specifically this chair, it just matched what she had in mind. They have nice furniture and our salesperson was great. They have a big selection to choose from. My wife is happy so we're all happy.
On November 18, 2021, my husband and I spent 20 minutes looking for a chair with lumbar support . We found one that was also a massage chair.it was priced at $1479.95 . It was a wall saver power recliner . We waited to see if we could ask the salesperson about color selection for the chair. When we walked in the store, I didn’t see any other customers looking at furniture so I was sure that the salesperson would greet us and offer assistance. He totally ignored us but immediately rushed to attend to two people who came in after us. I excused his behavior because I told myself that maybe those 2 customers were regular shoppers. After those two people left, the salesperson still ignored our presence as we stood near the chair we wanted to purchase. We decided that for some reason unknown to us, this salesperson was not going to serve us so we left. As we neared the exit , the salesperson looked at us but never said a word. I have been to Hardee’s before and never left feeling as if the salesperson didn’t want to serve us. I have even referred others to them. I hope that Hardee’s will hire people who consider every customer as being worthy of their attention. Will I refer others to Hardee’s ? Probably, because they sell nice furniture even though there’s a risk of encountering someone who presents themselves as being selective in serving customers.
I love this place! We came in looking for rocking chairs for our front porch...which we found but we ended up getting a whole outside deck set! They have so many beautiful pieces in their showroom! I called one Saturday morning to make sure they had what we were looking for before driving there. A guy named Brian answered the phone. He took the time to check and see before we came. When we arrived we saw how busy they were so I was very impressed with the fact that he took time to check for me before we came. We ordered our furniture and he told us about when they thought it would come in but let us know that with COVID it may take a little longer. He would call and check in with me from time to time letting us know the status...all the while apologizing for the delay. He let us know when it was in and had everything ready when we arrived! I will continue to do business with this place as well as with Brian! What a great guy!!! Thank you for a great buying experience! See you all soon!!!
Great experience! We let our salesman Brian know what we were looking for, and our price range. He showed us everything in that range, and let us make a decision. We weren't pushed to purchase anything higher than what we wanted. We will be going back here in the future!
We just moved to the area and Rachel really helped us choose living room furniture. My husband is 6’8” and they had the perfect recliner for him. Fast delivery and great prices!
