Rikka & Kamal @ Parkville Pharmacy are the absolute best in the business, in my humble opinion of course. I have been coming here for several years now and I literally refuse to go anywhere else, considering I now live 20 miles north of their establishment and pickup my prescriptions bi-weekly. They are the only pharmacists I've ever spoken too with extensive Cricket knowledge a major worldwide sport & their friendly positivity is truly infectious. Every single time I'm there they answer the phone and instantly know the name of the caller which is practically a non-existent trait of any business these days. They gave out free Covid-19 tests for customers during the pandemic They took the time to talk with me during a recent painful, non-contact injury I had sustained which meant a lot personally MRI showed bulging discs. This is one of the most sincere reviews I've ever written for any business anywhere and oh yeah, a free 12oz soda or water for new customers for a limited time!

Hours listed give an opening time of 9am. I got there at 9:30am and there was no one answering the door. Myself and 3 others were waiting outside. This is a very simple update that can be made to your online info, to prevent customers from showing up and waiting for you outside of business hours. If the store was just late opening, a sign on the door with the new opening time would have went a long way.

If your able to go to this pharmacy I would absolutely recommend going here!! I've truly never had such sincere, kind, caring people in a pharmacy like they are here and I mean they really care about you. They remember me by my name because they actually take time to talk to you. They always want to know how I am doing an feeling. They'll do everything to get in touch with your Dr if something is not wright with your prescription. Or when you're out of a medicine they do more then there best trying to help you get it sent over from your Drs. To say they go above an beyond is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! While I was waiting forever for my Drs office to send my scripts over to be filled. I saw so many customers come and go. Too see them treat every single person so respectful no matter what they acted like what they ask or needed nothing was so nice to see..I'd say 5 or 6 people came in while I was there and all said had such nice great things to say about the 2 amazing kind gentleman that greet you with a smile from behind the counter evertime you come in. I had a situation that came up with medicine I take an absolutely cannot go without and I was taken care in such a truly caring way that I know for a fact NO OTHER PHARMACY WOULDA HELPED ME LIKE THIS PHARMACY DID!! This pharmacy is THE BEST HANDS DOWN! I want to say Thank You So Very Much For All That You Gentleman Do To Help Others.....and myself!!!!

We highly recommend the Parkville Pharmacy. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We were in a difficult situation and they worked with us to accommodate our mom's needs by making pill packs at a very reasonable price when insurance wouldn't cover the medications.

My family and I have been going to them for years. I absolutely love them they are the nicest. I’ve recently became a legal adult and started filling in for my prescriptions and they make it so easy for me to understand and treat me gently when I don’t understand it! I’m extremely thankful for that!

They take excellent care of my parents prescriptions and they are never too busy! To answer any and questions you may have. Or diabetic counseling needs rest assured that Rica is on the ball. Him & Kamal take excellent care...over the top & more than you'll ever find in a ordinary Walgreens or CVS. We have had a disagreement, no big deal! Still does his job & waaaay more. PROFESSIONALLY couldn't ask for a better pharmacist you might see a revue under Ashley Fraley. I was angry that's obvious. Rica & Kamal I feel like I owe ya. You always make sure not just my needs but my FAMILYS! needs are met. ABOVE & BEYOND I love them! THANK YOU

Parkville Pharmacy is wonderful place to take care of your all your prescriptions. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat you so nice you are not just a number like the bigger pharmacies. They are always nice and take time to answer any questions you may have. I just can not say enough about the great service and how good it feels to deal with such proffesional people who really care!

Had a wonderful experience today at this pharmacy. My first time there, picking up a prescription for a friend. Prompt service. Excellent customer service experience with Rikka. He told me that they also delivery.

I absolutely love this pharmacy they treat you like family. They always have a smile on there face. One of the best things about Parkville Pharmacy is the fact that they take there time with each person’s prescriptions they no what medicine your allergic to it doesn’t get to you it stops at the pharmacist
