It's quite and clean, small laundry room, limited channel TV. Free Wi fi, but very spotty, computer will not work on it.
We needed a quick 2 day pull through site. It was near where we needed to be. The bad-lots of road noise-all the time. Good-wifi and cable TV if you get good connetions. On site laundry.
Had a wonderful, quiet, experience here. Clean, QUIET, good water pressure, wide space, REALLY enjoyed our stay... coming back in a couple weeks.
Like many others that commented we were placed by the highway. I mean about 60 feet from the main drag thru town, sirens LOUD TRUCKS , etc. “ Bev”, an earlier poster said the water pressure was very high and caused damage to the water line I’m their RV, but they didn’t have a regulator in the line. I did have a regulator in the line. Same result though, busted plumbing., have to get it fixed ASAP..please ,Oh, did I mention that the 30 amp service was a little amped too? I smoked my in line protector! Had to run the generator all night. This place,, At least the two by the road creating all time to of habit and REAL DANGER! Don’t Eve think of stopping here!!!!!
We called ahead of time to make reservations. Man who answered said no reason to , they had plenty of spots. When we arrived they stuck us in a overnight spot right by the hwy. for 3 nights. We couldn’t even sit outside and talk much less bbq. The traffic was horribly loud. Looked like nice campground spots with tress further back but we were on a cliche pad with no trees basically right off the hwy. Made camping in a Walmart parking lot look appealing.
It was a new place to spend the night in our motorhome on our trip around Texas! There were only 3 spaces available....most people lived there. Our space was a pull through because it was in the parking lot which was all caleche rock. We did have water, electric and sewer for 30 dollars. The water pressure was very strong and we had a leak which my husband fixed and went to Walmart and bought a water regulator. And there was a night filled with traffic noise since we were 30 ft from Highway 183 in Brownwood/Early TX. Nope we won't stay here again.
The people here are fantastic. We stay here twice a year and they couldn't be nicer. There's WIfi, that works. Lol. It's a nice quiet park.
Easy hookup, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good overnight rates.
30 dollars a night no showers no bathroom shotty dish cable and they complain to much
