I had my wedding here and we always have birthday party and family events nice park and the river is right there to do some fishing
Found the biggest spider in this park. It was a fishing spider. It was on my arm and it was huge! What a cool place to explore! Had a great day!
Great place to enjoy a quiet afternoon. Beautiful trees....the river flows through peacefully. Clean...hardly any trash.

It's beautiful here! The pavilions are nice and clean, the park is well cared for, the walking path is always clear and very rarely do you see any trash or debris besides what occurs naturallylying around. You will see and hear lots of wild life, deer, great blue herons, cranes,screech owls, tree frogs, turtles and much more
Heavily populated with large old trees, 3 pavilions, tables are few and scattered large grassy wooded area along the Shiawassee river. Small playground for kids, better suited to teens and adults. Very shaded through out.
