The coffee place deserves 5 stars. There's a nice, respectful, wonderful lady. Good customer service, very good coffee, tasty sandwiches and many other things. Definitely worth it to purchase a coffee while you are waiting for your appointment or when you are about head out. To whomever is the manager of this building, I gave you 1 star for your laziness and lack of any innovation in regards to: Your website, no information about who to call on google maps. No warnings about parking, no information about where to pay fees for the parking. There's no one to ask for information **besides the lady in coffee shop which BY THE WAY is NOT her job to be an information clerk**. Poorly labeled directions to where you are supposed to go. Whoever is the manager of this building, stop being lazy and start doing something. You are not being paid to do nothing.

Dr. Visser OB is the best doctor I've ever had! She is the most caring doctor, positive which is what you totally need during your pregnancy, super friendly and has a sense of humour too! I've never been treated with such care and respect from any other doctor than her. all good things to say for her clinic :

Great choice for prenatal care. My OBGYN was Dr.Okonkwo there is also an ultrasound place, a Dynacare for any labs you need done and a place you can get prenatal massage! And Parking is a $3 flat rate!

TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS. Pay parking situation is a disaster. You must pay $3 even if you’re there for 10 minutes. Only way to pay is with cash and exact change. But wait, they have an ATM that will give you money but you still need to convert that into a token. ATM fee for another $3! You can’t ask for change at the restaurant as the woman there is rude and unfriendly. I was asked to buy a $2 coffee. If you don’t have exact change, You will have to pay $3 for a parking token, $3 for the ATM fee, and $2 for a coffee. Al for a grand total of $8 for a 10 minute lab appointment. Complete madness. Who runs the parking facility is a scam artist and doesn’t care about about customers or patients.

This place is remarkable. Easy to access, easy to park, very professional employees, clean and quiet. My Dr send them my prescription by fax and they wait for me the following day. Can't ask for better services.

Went for an appointment with doctor lamensa about a partial hysterectomy and he told me he wouldnt do anything until ive had a physc evaluation and the go ahead from a couple other doctors before he would even conisder it. Agreed with me saying my body is my right and my choice and then continued on to tell me im not mentally stable enough to make the decision after just meeting me.

Better parking downtown. You are required to use “tokens” to pay for your parking, however you cannot use $3 in coins to pay for parking, you need to break a bill, if you do not have a $5 or a $10, you’ll be required to use the atm pull out $20, plus fees so you get left with $17 in loonies, $5 in bank / withdrawal fees. Going elsewhere next time.
