Harold's Chicken Shack Dolton

The chicken was delicious. First time customer and I will return. It was worth every penny. My husband was satisfied.

I rarely give 5 stars. But I have to give them their credit ! I got 6 wings with EXTRA mild sauce true Chicagoan and it was amazing. It was so fresh and the mild sauce was perfect. Very impressed also that I ordered it from Uber eats and it was still very hot.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My order was missing items ordered via Uber. I had to drive, waste gas to get my correct order so unacceptable. So disappointing only to get home and my good is still incorrect. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT VIA UBER DELIVERY. PLAY IT SAFE AND STAY AWAY.

This Harold’s so nasty somebody brought me this I ain’t even believe it’s Harold’s like idk what they back in that kitchen doing but it’s not it, plus they got the big super jumbo wings

The chicken was cooked in old grease. Didn't even taste like Harold's. Totally disgusting.

My food was terrible chicken was fried so soft fries was cold sauce doesn’t taste original at all they need to close down

This was my first time coming here and I was disappointed. The sauce is not Harold's and the food was not seasoned. I did get fresh food but it was not Harold's. They need to change they name.

Haven’t been to this location in a while . It was delicious! The wonderful young lady in the front even bought the food out to the car when it was done.

My first time getting the catfish Filet from here it was good, fresh and hot. I preordered so there was no wait walked in paid walked out with my food and the price was reasonable.

We order about 20 pieces of chicken mixed. It was the worst , greasy , unseasoned chicken I have ever had. My dad never throws any food away. This was so bad he couldn’t eat it. Their fish was good but they are always out of bread and coleslaw. I won’t be back . We drive out to homewood or country club hills now.
