I am so grateful to Harper Funeral home. Their staff, through out the years have been a blessing to our family. They have always made us feel like we were apart of their family. They took very good care of us. The attention, detail and the respect that they have provided to our deceased loved ones has been exceptional. Their kindness and patience was comforting during the recent difficult time as our family has had multiple deaths in the last several months. When your deceased loved one looks peaceful and at rest then you can possibly handle death better. That is what Harper Funeral Home did for me. Dina, Robert Jr, Travis and the many other staff members, past and present, of Harper Funeral Home, Inc., You all, have always provided excellent customer service and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Harper Funeral were compassionate and sensitive to our family and went out of their way to meet our need in our most solemn times with the lost of all of my family members.
Apparently you cannot give a negative review for this funeral home because I did a few years ago when my ex died. They were terribly cruel to my son who had just lost his father. Because of the review my son and daughter in law and I were not allowed to attend my ex mother in laws funeral. She was a part of my life for 30 years and I was with her when she passed. These people are cruel and show no compassion or understanding. They do care about the money however. Since I have no desire or reason to use their unprofessional services in the future I see no reason not to share my experiences with them. I suggest using someone else .
Harper Funeral Home has taken care of my family's every needs during the most difficult times of our lives. The entire staff is very compassionate and professional. I sincerely thank Harper's for their amazing service to my family as well as the community.
Not happy with the service at all. The director was rude to my children and not very understanding. The procedures were not explained very well. Waited for basic things like checklists etc. She did not explain what we needed to do. She was very insulting to my children bringing up personal issues. This has been a difficult time and our experience here was hell
Wish i could give a 6 star rating. Dina & Staff went above and beyond to make me & my family feel comforted during this most difficult time. When i needed paperwork & documents faxed....It was taken care of for me immediately. I just can not express how grateful i am for Harper Family Home & them being there for my family during the loss of my mother. Highly Reccomend this place.
Very unprofessional, additional training and staff needed. When you’re in the line of business to assist families after loosing a loved one there is a level of compassion, empathy and professionalism required at all times.
