Our room and the whole floor reeked of weed. Made me sick. Room was large but leather and surfaces were peeling and tired. Bed was fine. Large tub with separate shower was nice. Sports restaurant was good but only one server. Broke even at the casino, machines never paid any big wins so gave up. Employees all friendly.

Fantastic Resort for Northwest Indiana. The Hotel staff is the best I have ever seen from any hotel. Wade, Shanicka, and Danica are some of the most attentive and helpful staff a hotel could ask for! The rooms are nice and updated, showing a commitment to be a great part of the region. The suites are amazing if you can get upgraded!  As for the casino, this truly is a great facility and is always updating their gaming floor. There really is great management running it to keep it evolving and interesting. The Executive hosts are great... I have amazing experiences with Jack, Krystal, Emily, & Peaches. All of them are Great! Jose in the MyChoice Rewards desk is truly fabulous to deal with every time I have visited. This keeps me a loyal player to the property!

This casino hotel is way over the top of any hotel casino I’ve ever been in and the hotel manager Danica is really very much over the top and does anything for the customer I can tell you that for most . Over the sports book which is called barstool George and the others are very awesome And very knowledgeable on sports betting the restaurant Bugatti‘s is totally awesome and Tune our waiter is over the top as well Ken Harris the host will surely take care of your needs and make sure your visit is complete. Angela in the high limits bar she is very sweet and you will enjoy her company as we all have during our stay!

Stayed for the night on business trip, room was nice and large, clean, and hotel staff was excellent.  Super friendly and helpful

It's not as crowded as most casinos... You can win or lose your money in peace.

I came to Ameristar last night, have been coming to this casino for a little over 5 years now; I have always enjoyed coming to this location. Not only do I believe they give back the most, more than their other competitors; but I know they genuinely care about people. Their employees go above and beyond their job expectations as well!  Last night during the blizzard of December 2022, the lovely Victoria at the front desk showed me so much grace and compassion for my circumstances and situation.  She made me feel seen, heard and understood.  Thank you so much to her for making it possible for me to stay and not have to go back out into the storm I was trying so hard to weather through.  The next morning, I was warmly Greeted by Radiance and her presence and helpfulness to extend my stay another night was so wonderful.  These two lovely ladies are doing a fantastic job at what they do, but furthermore, they go above and beyond to provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for not only myself, but I know for others as well to stay and feel welcomed here at Ameristar.  So much gratitude and kudos to these wonderful human beings.  I will always come back to Ameristar as I have continued to do so for years because they truly are THE BEST! And have the best A1 team of staff working at their front desk.  Sincerely, A very appreciative and grateful Guest.

Not to bad here. A little small for an east coast shark like myself but it is what is. 1 roulette table open, 2 dealers. Ones given me money the other is taking it away lol. Ameristar is pretty dope. St Louis & KC Ameristar wayyyy better tho

I basically live here. Love the hotel , food is great, you must try Bugatti’s steak house…tucked away in the Baccarat area is the Noodle Bar. Love the slots the bartenders and the cashiers are the sweetest. And my personal concierge Jose Perez is the best.

Had a great time this past Sunday at the Ameristar  ..this is my second time going . But it was kinda crowded I couldn't  get to my Buffalo game ..to many folks playing it.. I ate some food Italian  Beef this time. Last time I was there I had  a Steak! They have 3 areas where you can buy and eat food , No buffet!! Thought.

If your not going to stay downtown, this is one of the better and safer choices. Clean rooms and the casino made the trip more exciting.
