It was much better when they did more give aways even in Superbowl hardly anyone there.and they need to bring back buffet ,it's past do,that was always a big draw for folks

This is a place that we frequent just because playing the slots is our form of Mindless Activity... I guess you can say it's our relaxation... Very nice employees especially the girls serving alcohol on the floor area... Kudos to Brenda Lee & Geri.. Always upbeat and smiling.. We consider them both not just Superstars but now our good friends

Casino floor is usually attended to except for old discarded drinks from previous patrons that could be removed in a more timely manner. Good slot machine choices. Well lit parking lot. Variety of places to eat including my favorite Bonz and players club rewards give comp money toward eateries. Always made reservations online in advance. Onion Jacks is nice too. Variety of food but usually very busy and involves a waiting list.

Fairly big casino for Delaware, and appreciate that they have lots of games and is no-smoking. Sometimes the slots are tight and sometimes not. What is 1000% annoying is that they hand pay on $500, not the usual $1200 reportable level. And their Slot Attendants are THE SLOWEST WALKING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. Seriously, I would come here a lot more often even though it's a further drive for me than Ocean Downs except I can't stand hitting a non-reportable amount and having to wait and wait and wait to get paid.

I love this casino. Friendly atmosphere, plenty of machines to choose from. I was truly disappointed when I used the bathroom. It was not clean at all I used the one as you walk in the door and walk straight back. I entered by the gift shop where you play the lottery.

I was not paid nor forced to write this. i always liked Harrington Raceway and Casino . Win/loss hey more loss I still like the atmosphere. Especially love the Restaurants. Ms. Sharon and Staff, Bolos, oooh Onion jack WOW i forgot Grab & Go. Went up to Murphys one time. Wonderful. ALL the staffs are very professional at HR&C. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS.

Nice casino. 1st time here. They did great job keeping us safe. Temperature checks ar entrance and saw many employees wiping machines, etc

12/27/22, what absolute chaos. Your system was down but decided to open anyways, you only have 2 attendants working and half of your machine will not print, requiring an attendant. You finally decide to close at 12:45 after over 6 hours of chaos, money has been spent and nobody has received any credit/points for doing so. You’re supposed to be having a promotion today yet nobody can accumulate any points to even enter. You should’ve at least handed out some kind of vouchers to everyone for future use for being here and dealing with this b-s. Not to mention, you’ve closed the buffet now and restructured your player’s card where we rarely ever have any free play anymore. Dover is looking better and better.

Clean. I won a couple of dollars and got out. Nice size. Great book room upstairs. Great drinks.
