I'm so happy I got married here 2 weeks ago, Jay Karahan was the one who led my wedding ceremony and I'm so happy he did! He did an amazing job by doing it with such a passion, he was so kindly to me, my husband and all of my family members and I appreciate all the extra beautiful words he added to make it more special so happy and thankful for him to make our day go perfectly. My daughter and her husband were recently married here. It was a beautiful setting and everyone  was very nice and helpful. The Judge that preformed  the ceremony made it so personal and very special. The photographs turned out amazing. Highly recommend!

2/28/2020 my husband and I took our love to the 1910 courthouse to officially become husband and wife. We had the pleasure of having Judge Jay Karahan officiate our ceremony. Judge Jay Karahan went above and beyond to ensure our day was special and memorable. He made us feel comfortable with smiles and laughter and helped us to remain calm and just enjoy the experience. Everything was perfect from our officiant, the incredible venue, to the excellent security staff up front. If you are considering the 1910 courthouse, consider your search over! This is the place to do it.

This court is an absolute treasure of the yesteryear of courthouses. They really don't build them like this anymore. And while there are no guided tours, be sure to involve the guards to tell you what they know and ask them to take you into  one of the 2 active courts of the building and see the majesty of the setup of the Court of Appeals.

Beautiful building. Just think of how many racially motivated extra-judicial lynchings began here? How many innocent men were sent off to the hangman, then sparky, @ Huntsville?

Architecture is very cool. If you’re a lawyer, you will appreciate it very much.

I absolutely want to get married here but it's been closed due to covid. Is this place permanently closed?
