Perfect place to work or study in the small study rooms. They even have a larger sized office suite perfect for small meetings or study groups. They even have free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. The staff is always professional and very courteous. I didn't give 5 stars because the printing process is a little confusing, so I tend to just ask for the staff to assist. Other than that, very nice environment for study or working quietly.
They closed early for Juneteenth?! Because it’s a holiday!? AND they start “closing early for the holiday” DAYS leading up to Juneteenth day? Wth is that?! It’s a bunch of white women that work here, they need to be with their families on the “holidays?” It’s bad enough government workers get EVERY SINGLE gov holiday off, but now we are paying them to take imaginary holidays off? And the days leading up to that imaginary day??! ALSO please kick the homeless people out of the kids book section!
Library staff are sweet but extremely loud, everytime I enter the facility they are speaking to each other about their children and life’s experiences at the loudest pitch possible through their mask. I had to leave because I can’t concentrate and this isn’t a one time thing. It’s Everytime and it’s very disrespectful when I’m looking to read in peace and quiet. Maybe a meeting concerning not discussing your daughter drinking soda or your son high book prices in school would be nice.
It is always a pleasure walking into a public facility with such helpful exuberant people! I can not be thankful and appreciative of those who work at the library. To those who not only sacrifice their time but their patience to help others in need. I send my deepest gratitude to you all! Thank you for being such a caring community library!!!!
1star ONLY FOR A REVIEW. Horrible customer service experience ever for this to be a public library. No one is clear on the instructions for printing. I arrived 40 minutes before closing and asked for assistance twice on if I need to have an account to get paperwork printed. However, the pregnant lady was very helpful and assistance with me on the library pay card. To only find out that I don’t need it to print because I can use my credit card. This was so confusing and not clarified to me until after it is time to pay for my paperwork. The Asian lady comes to tell me that the computer are down now and I can’t get anything printed. This is a waste of time and energy to arrive to a public library where we are supposed to use for resources. “ I stressed how I was new to this area and no one was on the same accord to what I needed to do to get paperwork printed out. First and last time visiting this location, definitely will not recommend anyone here.
The library has great programs for the kids and family!
I've been a resident for 11 years, it's my favorite place to go for reference and good resources. Their children's book collection is amazing and their YA collection is good. The graphic novel and movie section have very niche picks, I'd consider coming here for something familiar and see what's new.
Staff very nice and helpful! Recommend this library to get books to read! This library is always quiet!
I love this library and miss it tremendously
Came here to study and it was very quiet at first but then when the students from the junior high and high school got out it got sooo loud. It was very inconvenient for people who were trying to read. The worst part is that the librarians didn’t tell the students to lower their voices or anything. Maybe it’s better to come when the students aren’t there before they get out of school or later in the afternoon.
